The American Express UK is now available as a free download on Google Play for Android owners. The application is supporting English language. It weighs in at only 10MB to download. It is highly advisable to have the latest app version installed so that you don`t miss out on the fresh new features and improvements. The current app version 1.2 has been released on 2014-11-19. The Apple Store includes a very useful feature that will check if your device and iOS version are both compatible with the app. Most iPhone and iPad are compatible. I agree with many comments here The app does the job but logging in is incredibly glitchy and often fails completely Screens scrolling wildly telling me I ve been logged out after 10 minutes of inactivity etc Really hit and miss That s a frustration and why it only gets 3 stars because this is a problem that s been around for months Please fix it             David Landew

Needs a bit of work This App doesn t always ooen first time and when trying to log in via your fingerprint it starts flickering from one screen to the next until it says you have made so many logins unsuccessfully apart from that it s fairly easy to use and lets me do everything i need to         James Beaumont

the app is not that great as it stops working after a few times of usage does need to be a bit more simplified also the shopping done on my credit card takes so long to come onto the system this doesnt happen with other credit card providers that I have used in the past         me meme

Please enable Facial Recognition I have a smartphone with a terrible finger print reader It fails 6 out of 7 times every single time I try to get into my account If facial recognition is enabled on the iPhone XS Max I don t see why it s not enabled on Android phones that also use facial recognition     B A

Not a good app to use if you have more than one Amex account Very cumbersome It also hides the log out prompt Lastly there is nowhere for you to leave feedback except here They will be hearing from me when I get home         Mike Walker
