I ve been with this app since they were a pre IPO in the early to mid 1990s under original ownership Back then we were given customer numbers and profiles were you could add extensive info if you wanted to And it was just for messaging which was u0026 is all that I wanted But it has become so lousy u0026 crappy under new ownership There seems to be zero suport now They seem to have done away with the coveted customer numbers No customer profiles any more Video conferencing is forced upon u         Paul Jensen

Overall this app is very good for chat but lack of few important features according to the time First Feature is we can t hide Chat It should be included to make our chats private if we want to hide it from others Second The app support only Pin Lock Though Fingerprint Lock should also in the app so that if we lock the app we can open it easily Other Than this app seems good gives lack free good Experiences pls just add these features and make app interface more beautiful Thanks                 Jaskaran Baath

not getting message alerts like I used to cannot do video calls unless connected to wifi have contacted support and haven t heard from them this app used to be great but somewhere someone doesnt know what they are doing anymore hopefully they are already working on the problems and if so then I will change my rating         Adam Lopez
