I understand from backup pro Google changed a security feature and you can no longer schedule a backup The only way to backup now is manually execute it yourself My Back pro should have notified everyone that had this app instead of letting us struggle to try and fix it     Steve

beware i backed up my phone to migrate to s new one when it came to restore i followed the instructions to authorize that i had paid for the app but it didn t recognize my Google transaction id there was no way to call for support so i sent an email to support it s been 4 days and nothing i used Samsung smart switch instead for free and had great results Now i want the money back and although it was a 30 day free trial i don t see a refund path     Jeff Cushner

I was very impressed with this app I wanted to backup all my RCA M1 android apps and information to my hard wired desktop PC reset my phone back to factory settings and then reinstall everything back to my phone It was scary how fast the app on my phone found the app on my PC even through my hardware firewall The backup process went smoothly as did restoring the apps and information back onto my phone This was a good exercise to go through with a phone that doesn t matter much before I upgrade the phone                     Blair Johnson

Very nice app offering a robust selection of Android device data backup options This app also offers the choice to download a companion Windows 10 app allowing the user another backup choice I like the scheduling feature with local LAN device selection the PC app allows me to set the backup file location which allows users to save data to virtually any local NAS network cloud location The first time running takes a long time subsequent backups are much faster GREAT APP                     Bob P Wilson

Best I ve used for getting TEXTRA backup messages First resync Textra THEN use My Back Up Pro Then in New phone restore via My Back Up Pro Then important un install Textra on New Phone THEN reinstall it Voila ALL your Texts are in order and back the way you received them Works on Samsung not sure of others                     Emery Persinger
