This app worked beautifully on my phone until one day 1 lousy update went through Now I cannot even log into the app I ve uninstalled and reinstalled it several times My username and password are correct And there is NO assistance or help to fix the problem     Katherine Orho

Every time I open the app it takes a good 5 10 minutes for my books to load If they load at all So annoying And so hard to find anything in a series or by the author Would be nice to be able to organize it how I want it Thank goodness it s free New issue can t download any of my books to read Thousands of dollars worth of books that I can t open and read     Dee N

I have this on my iPhone and android tablet and there r no pics Or settings like it tells me in troubleshooter I can t do any of what they say It just as easy to go to three web site to look at my books the only difference is I get the free app books for some of my favorite authors             Its not what it showed Amber Cantu

After several attempts I finally had success so far After researching Bookstrand s website Help section You have to download Aldiko Book Reader 1st then down this app When you are in the Bookstrand app you select the book you want to read using Aldiko Make sure you select epub If you don t it will not work Good Luck         The app works but directions are poorly given Jennifer Beard

Ok I ve waited several months to be able to download this on my Android phone and unless I m too stupid to understand it I can t get it to work I had no problem reading books I d bought from Bookstrand before on my phone in my Kindle app but this app won t download anything says it can t open mobi files and appears to be useless I checked out troubleshooting and it only references the iPad app At least 8 of the 12 free books are from authors I automatically buy and it is terribly frustrating having books from my favorites that I can t access Especially when I d have no problem handing over money to be able to read them Why did you have to make it more complicated     Why Robin Castle
