The Greenify *ROOT* is now available as a free download on Google Play for Android owners. The application is supporting English language. It weighs in at only 10MB to download. It is highly advisable to have the latest app version installed so that you don`t miss out on the fresh new features and improvements. The current app version Varieswithdevice has been released on 2014-01-12. The Apple Store includes a very useful feature that will check if your device and iOS version are both compatible with the app. Most iPhone and iPad are compatible. Great but All settings and their implementation is really confusing Like always ignore background free does it mean ignore it and dont kill it or ignore the fact it is background free still kill it What does clicking the minus sign does What is difference in root and non root mode I mean what the non root mode does not do It is doing automatic hibernation i can see What are smart hibernation shallow hibernation agressive doze light dozing mean wrt ech othr espcly whr is white list                 Mitvinder Singh

The bottom line is it allows me to batch force stop a bunch of apps Would be great if it force stop Settings at the end of the sequence as Settings would leech quite an amount of memory after that It would be best if itself doesn t linger in the background when no automation is enabled though its memory footprint seems light So far I don t experience battery consumption issue as reported by other users                 Tom Yan

I noticed no marked battery improvement while using this app over the last 5 months so I uninstalled the app I m on a LG V20 VS995 Android 8 0 running Nova Prime stock Lock Screen change out backgrounds on the lock screen with backgrounds mostly from the app Zedge and HD Widgets for the clock date and weather AccuWeather Oh and Darkglow icon set that s saved on my 128 GB SD Card         Sherri Zelinski

Was working great but ever since the last update My Phone disables accessibility for greenfly when I lock the screen which causes it to stop working and apps not to hibernate I ve have screen to lock in 1 minute which is more than enough time to hibernate apps and let the app do it s thing but for some reason it s always resetting the accessibility option I m on LG G4 Marshmallow unrooted i ve done the ADB work around but still nothing Never had a problem until I updated             Michael LaPenna

Does exactly what it says No issues Can t live w o it Would be nice if it could hibernate system apps w o root or all the other hoops but I m sure that s just a technical limitation No amt of permissions can bypass that it seems And this is the only app actually hibernates successfully in my exp out of all the other crappy phone ram booster cleaner clones out there I ve tried I know bc I used to manually FC em all in app mgr b4 this so I always check PS it never phones home for my FW                     Stephen K

I will not rate it 5 stars because sometimes it makes my screen go to sleep even if I m streaming media or just using my phone It s quite an annoying thing But on the other hand this app gave new life to my old phone so I recommend it                 Maximiliano Bautista

It is really a essential app that can stop the background applications So you get more long lasting battery backup in your device and the device s speed is increased But I think it can be better if the background running system applications will be stop in non rooted devices                     Suman Setua

The app is very good but it has a one big problem when i am trying to froce stop apps like facebook etc the app says that i have no apps to force stop but when i go to settings and facebook it looks like it is running all the time and i have to force stop apps manually could you fix it i will give u 5 stars             why so serious?

it has caused an issue to me that it always requires accessibility everytime i try to hibernate apps now the issue caused it whenever i try to turn on accessibility a pop up shows that an app is obscuring it from opening this results in no more accessibility to other apps too kindly help me out     Ankit Shukla

I loved this app on my Note 8 With my Note 10 Plus it is extremely glitchy and causes system UI issues and notification startup issues for installed apps Perhaps the experience with this app would be better with a rooted phone and non updated Samsung UI             Allison T

At first I have to go setting and then the accessibility option then I have to switch the greenify auto hibernation option on and off After that I can hibernate any app by greenify I am using Realme 3 pro which is run in Android 9     Rakesh Karmakar

It doesn t work on MIUI 10 2 Android 9 I think the main reason is because the force stop button is placed differently from other versions of Android Mine it s placed at the very bottom of the screen     Ryan Lee

my mobile is fully loaded but it has only 3060 MAH battery it has a Snapdragon 636 processor 4GB ram 64GB storage but only problem I was facing is the battery life but when I use greenify my battery life is much longer                     phychothinker gaming

One of great utility In my experiene together with link2sd it will freeze u0026 hibernate virus or bloatware that cannot totally be cleaned even by a lots of great famous antivirus The best parts are both apps are free no ads only take litle space u0026 eats less memory u0026 no need data connection too so they works well in any condition                     asuwarno aja

Priceless and ingenius app I was about to return my Umidigi A3 Pro after a week due to it s poor battery life I then read about and installed Greenify and it has increased battery life by at least 50 Unlike most battery savers this actually works It puts background apps into hibernation minutes after the screen shuts off I will be donating soon                     nm1270 ****
