Russian Words

I havent gone through all the features yet but for the beginner student who has a knowledge of Russian pronunciation rules this app is a fantastic learning tool                 Wonderful

This is a very good app One of the worst foreign language teaching techniques is to spell out the phonetic pronunciation in English I like that this app doesnt bother with that For that purpose this app isnt total beginner but once you learn the pronunciation of the letters you can listen to the words spoken in Russian and get better at it I love the challenge of reading the words and sounding them out I love that I read like a child for the first time I like the way the word groups are broken up into different categories Also the way it will track words you mark as I know vs I dont know is a really awesome feature The one thing that would really make it amazing is if there was a way to look at each word and associate it with a picture instead of the English translation Further it would be extra fantastic if you could go through this app without seeing any English words              Excellent Tool to learn Russian

Only problem is that the volume controls modify the ringer volume rather than the media volume with the Droid Razr              I like it

The only negative strike I give is for the audio too fast and sounds very computerized Its difficult to grasp how the pronunciation If there was a fast and show option Id give 5s If you are just brushing up on your Russian this app is perfect for you as for just learning Russian a dictionary would be helpful for clear pronunciation              Fast audio
