Digital Clapper

If you are Android owner,you now can download Digital Clapper for free from Google Play. The application is designed for use in English language. It weighs in at only 10MB to download. It is highly advisable to have the latest app version installed so that you don`t miss out on the fresh new features and improvements. The current app version 1.1.6 has been released on 2014-11-20. The Apple Store includes a very useful feature that will check if your device and iOS version are both compatible with the app. Most iPhone and iPad are compatible. It would be a good app if I could change the names on certain tags Like INT EXT and MOS Sync Camera name doesn t show up And info shows up after clap I wish the slate was more traditional though I really like the count down and the clock             Please make Custom Rood V

I don t know much about what s really necessary but it looks like all I ll need to do a simple two camera interview I don t use a separate sound recorder yet but it would be nice if it was louder As It is I won t have any trouble syncing visually and using a brief comment should keep things organized                 Donald Fink

This is a good start but improvements are warranted 1 Louder pips if possible 2 Time of day timecode as per the phone s time This one is the most useful to me It makes it easier to sync up a variety of devices that have file time stamps 3 Typing in scene and take numbers is awkward and would be good if there were quick up and down buttons to enable incrementing the numbering such as an up and down swipe gesture we could do on the numbers                 Bruce Joy

This is the best digital clapper on the market Showing big and clear time code is perfect also for multi camera recording The GPS info is a must To improve very slow startup some time the to long press touch don t work on selecting options and need to restart the app Aperture in T stop option and not in f clapper is for video not for photos Some Frame rate on timecode missing and completely missing on UI front end Email register field is to short and buggy Password length check is in post                 The best digital clapper Ernesto Zeudele

Works on my samsung s4 phone but not on tablet with kit kat version 4 Loads up then gets to the 3 2 1 countdown then shuts the app down have to use old version on tablet which is a shame as new app is so cool                     Great app offdav1

Worked great in Oreo but now busted on Pie Won t open Tried uninstalling and clearing cache to no avail Emailed developer FTP to our local shop server or local shot report on device is preferable to uploading to developers server This app could do its work without internet permissions Look forward to an update that does Pie Back to the old school clapperboard for now             T Moon

Needs improvement for a multi camera shoot Let users set up camera count and names for each then allow that to be an on the fly dropdown to slate multiple cameras in rapid succession ALSO The frame rate should be displayed on the slate as well as possibly removing unused fields such as filters when no data is applied to that field Frame display accuracy needs to be improved Maybe display the frame number for a small fraction of the frame time 1 4 of the frame rate let s say so that each frame will have only one number albeit a bit dimmer per recorded frame As it sits now about 3 4 of the frame numbers are blended with another frame number                 Chris Brackman
