I subscribe to the paper however app will not open Goes blank when try to open     A Google user

will not open when i try to open the app it opens a screen that asks what edition you want to open after clicking on the edition it goes to a blank screen I do have a account and was able to log in but all i get after that is a white screen with a circle with a x inside when you click that it closes the app     Michael G

The website and customer service is terrible It constantly logs me off and there is no login for the app once you do You cannot unsubscibe on site you call customer service and cannot get an operator cracker jack outfit wld give it 0stars if I cld     Steve Donahue

I use this primarily when my daily print edition is late arriving at my house and when I m out of town The clarity is excellent on my Android tablet The load time is acceptably fast The only glitch is that occasionally a small section of a page will be out of focus This is usually remedied by swiping back or forth to the next or last page then returning to the page in question All in all a good app                 A Google user

The previous version while not ideal was at least usable With version 3 0 it has become close to useless No longer can you download entire paper including pictures for reading offline you either have to read pair online or forego pictures No mention of this change Now today a problem getting the paper to load at all Given mediocre stories in DBNJ and this sorry excuse for an app time to move to another newspaper     Wayne Walker
