It works sometimes although sometimes doesn t work completely well but i know hoe to fix it I really want a feature to be added so when logged it as administrator clicking on a connected device will show you the dats they have used as well and the duration of their connection Maybe aswell the app can work out the average data used per minute so if someone is using too much then I can disable their connection because at the moment viewing usage per device idnt available With this feature 5 sta                 Nexion

I have downloaded this app several times now to try and set up my new Huawei AI Cube I can t get it to go through the set up process and when it asks me to log in I do using the default password on the AI Cube but it just keeps saying Failed I have been doing this for 3 days now I even called Huawei Customer Support and was told there is nothing they can do to help fix this This has been my first time purchasing or using Huawei Devices apps and it is probably going to be the last time too     Viking Hippy

Can t connect a new brand AI Cube via the app wifi is connected but it doesn t respond to the wifi password on the label My laptop connected via the wifi no problem but also won t manage the device through IP address as neither the default admin or wifi passwords are accepted With connecting as an administrator I can t access the default settings any advice     David Lyle

When I downloaded the hilink app for my Huawei pro 2 router it told me to either scan QR code or connect manually when I scan it says connected after scanning but the hilink app says disconnected sometimes when I m browsing on my laptop there is a message from Huawei interrupting my browsing and telling me to sign into the router and when I try to sign in its impossible and this is so annoying and there is no way for me to get customer care please reply     Kks Ga

After updates If you block any device It will block device not internet services provide by operator Your wifi is already secure with password If someone asking for password and he she maybe your relative friend you can t avoid but there is no option in appln to blocked internet service and not able to connect your wifi even asking for password again or blame us that you have changed your password or blocked me etc We want to block internetservice of connected device who are stillcontacted     Ali Hyder

PLEASE add a feature wherein we may receive a notification when new devices get connected It s a hassle to open the app from time to time to check whether someone sneaks their way in without permission Constantly changing the password is out of the question So far good job Developers                 jpsalm

1 Need a function to restrict the kid s internet access between cetain times automatically every night Even better if individual devices can be restricted as apposed to a global setting So that thier device s access is restricted and My wife and mine are not 2 Needs More device names i have devices that are not accuratly described by these preset names eg My playstation 4 is saved under TV Box if i wanted to connect my Xbox and nintendo switch i would have 3 TV Box That s confusing             Colzc blah

Very disappointed about this app Just upgraded my handset and try to lock in and can t even log in Might be we have forgotten the user id u0026 password Best that the user id can be locked and incase that we key in the word password and it can activate it with an sms     Ornamental Mouldings
