Great app Best price Better than All others I have seen and reviewed and yes it could use more Features Also its not clear of videos or pics are deleted from cellular device or pc is it automatically deleted from the cloud A pop up durong deletion indicated this I want to be certain I can Safely REMOVE things from my devices without losing them on the cloud The APP is GREAT The BEST this far and unbeatable HIGHLY RECOMMENDED But of course do add some tweaks features keep it Simple as it is and not make it more complex in the future Do not fix wjats not broken Which has been the downfall of many apps companies products etc Thank you Keep up the great work in the future I would be inrerested in obtaining am affiliate program with you Ty                     Daga shannon

What I really want is an app that will completely backup my device Period If my phone is lost then I can buy a new one put a comparable sd card in it and restore it as an exact replica of the lost phone This app fails to meet this requirement in a couple of ways 1 there is no option to just backup everything If I install a new app then I have to remember to tell the backup app to back it up Annoying 2 it doesn t seem to backup most of my SD card             Good start Needs a few more features to be perfect Andrew DePue

There is apps that support market links but not sure if this app support there 2 games that they change name and cannot restore would like apk backup for those less then 30mb or at least their market links all the links would then recommended friend to use 2nd part pls allows date of last backup and selection of either back up with app and app data or app data only                 Good app but can be better Shin Orochi

Very pleased with this app so far A much needed feature IMHO is the ability to back up messages and call logs multiple times per day Backing those up only once per day opens the possibility of losing multiple messages and calls that take place in between the daily backups                 Happy so far Alan Ryder

After spending way too much time and money on a dozen over useless apps that just didn t do the job the way I needed it done I found this app What a SWEET EAST and SEAMLESS to use app Backed up exactly what I needed to back up without fail and provided exactly the info I needed about that back up And then I find out I use the same company s software to back up my pc s server and other pc cloud backups I couldn t be happier Awesome app Way to go                     Finally Blaine McCormick

I needed a direct to cloud backup as my Nexus 4 has no SD card and is always full Not only is the app well made and easy to use the scheduling was reliable and does a true sync However the restore is EXTREMELY slow not just because of connection speed I have 290 MB of app user data First the app takes about 10 minutes to generate a list there is no data transmission so this is happening server side Then it restores app by painstaking app pausing for 2 5 minutes between each download It s tak     Great but slooooow Les Uys

Perfect backup for Android phones it backs up photos videos programs data and more period It does so flawlessly and totally automatically Sometime back I had to replace my Samsung Galaxy phone with a Note 5 I didn t have the normal hour after hour of reconstructing Google Cloud did it for me automatically I recently moved to a Samsung S8 and again the transfer was flawless                     J C

The app doesn t provide multi device backup restore like HELIUM or DATASYNC It s advertisement is somewhat misleading making people believe it can serve as a multi device backup solution for people with more than 1 Android device while actually it can only be active for 1 ONE SINGLE Device even after purchasing the premium key Activating it on the other device automatically deactivated the apps from the other device Shame on you You should clearly stated that FACT on your advertisement     Not as advertised don t waste your money Look for the other apps A Google user

Love the app data backup Makes resetting your phone a much less daunting task There is one problem I have detected When selecting which apps to back up if you do not give the app enough time to determine the size of each app before hitting done the app force closes Perhaps add a listener which stops the scan function once the done button is pressed That or make the done button become unavailable until scan is finished Less likely for the user to crash the app in this case Love it otherwise though                 Great backup tool Conor Flannery

Only received 3 additional GB of data after buying key 4 4 GB Misleading in thinking that you get an additional 4 plus the 1 free GB Also I keep getting an error message stating that G Cloud has stopped I noticed this occurred when it was trying to backup my messages It might also give this message at other times I haven t had it open the other times the message appears                 Nice app Gregory Turner

If you like your backup restore to work 20 of the time this app is for you It took me 5 6 tries backing up app data before it finally worked and didn t crash The same happened when restoring Thankfully I was able to restore 5 apps at a time to get my data back Big load of fail I should have stuck with Helium and supported the development of that app G Cloud developers I tried playing nice in our email chain There s no way I m going to waste my time creating a backup with your inferior app and waiting for the backup to fail just to submit a log report back u003d I take this review down Bye Now     Justin Mooney

Samsung s3 wont restore any of my apps It says there were no apps saved when before I was backing up my apps it told me exactly what it was backing up and took forever to back them up now wont let me ask for a refund because the amount of time it took to back up my apps exceeded the time to ask for a refund which was a few hours not days     Doesnt work Frank ESM
