There used to be an off setting with a dragable switch Now hitting the big power button icon just puts the app into an ambiguous state where it still seems to be connected There is no status message explaining what s happening Please don t remove features like an off button from your app I had to go into settings and manually force kill     Lachlan West

Great app 1 annoying issue Every time the app updates it losses my settings For example I have the Kodi remote yatse setup to bypass the VPN as it needs lan to reach my htpc Unfortunately when the app updates it loses that setting Same goes for hue and a bunch of other apps Fix is just to go and add them back But this is minorly annoying and a fix would be fantastic                 Myles McGowan

Ever since last update Pandora says I m in an unsupported country even though I m using United States servers I submitted a report but I chose the version 4 0 option when I m actually on version 3 0 Sorry Otherwise my year long subscription is almost up and I m definitely renewing Thank you PIA for your service As soon as Pandora starts working again with PIA I will give 5 stars                 A Google user

Was pretty good until the recent update Disconnects more often The connection is much much slower in the past few days I use Denver a lot and my battery life in the past week or so has taken a serious dive especially the past few days Kinda defeats the purpose if i can t allow the app to stay connected b c it drains my battery within two or three hours             Marlondo Wright

Less u0026 less reliable lately Several times updates have completely broken my internet configuration both on my Android phone u0026 Windows 10 machine requiring far too much time fixing my configurations after updates I am a HUGE advocate of full time VPN but STOP screwing with visual upgrades u0026 get PIA servers more more reliably for existing customers Reinstalled again so for the moment seems to be working again Needs better VPN obfuscation settings since I m finding more sites blocking VPN             Jayna Cole

Great features competitive price PIA just keeps topping itself with each very regular update to each of its wonderfully designed clients The Android app in particular allows for extremely granular control of your VPN connection but keeping the defaults in place will protect most users adequately PIA is continually adding new global servers Minor note in the Windows client I noticed that it seems no U S servers support port forwarding yet But most or all Canadian servers do                     Layne Dollar

Now as soon as I close the app The settings reset every time whenever I try to shut off the VPN There s no disable killswitch button anymore so the app just breaks when it s enabled Terrible update     Hunter T

I love this but I am new to this in I have no idea How to connect to my router for I can block all my wifi I have 4 different wifis coming from my router I just want to be safe also I have a NETGEAR ROUTER can someone please help me thank you so much                     michael devault

Love the product 3 year subscription I am hooked and always be a supporter However the latest ver 3 0 for Android is not great at all First it shuts down sporadically when I am on the app Second and more importantly the feature of what server from what country I am in is now gone it used to be there I use automatic mode quite often and I use this to tell where I am and if I need to adjust Hope you guys can re implement this feature Thanks Scott                 Scott Francis

The service is alright and works well on my other devices but the Android app doesn t work well It keeps forgetting my settings every few days and acts as if it s a fresh install It s been like this for months I ve also set it up to be always on with one trusted wifi and trusted data connection but it never automatically connects to vpn when on other wifi networks             Frode Aarebrot

I used to think this service was excellent until the recent update which lost all my settings Now the app forgets to startup automatically forgets which apps to exclude and forgets to activate the kill switch Why do all VPN providers do this If it ain t broke don t fix it It was working fine and you just had to break everything for what A shiny new look and feel F your look and feel I want an app that works If you absolutely must upgrade the app hire competent coders         Google User

Having some issues PIA seems to want to connect all the time even if I don t ask it to Always on isn t on and I can literally do nothing and it starts to try and connect That can be fine tuned if I could actually load the trusted network lists to add the networks that don t need it like my home wifi Looking to change this to 5 stars if we can get this resolved     Rudy Rodriguez

Since the new update I m having login problems on all my android boxes also new update seems to be 10 steps back as harder and harder to get any information on the screen update Spot on just after I have posted this it is now IMPOSSIBLE to connect to any server Also I can not even connect to support due to the fact the UK blocks PIA website     Nick Halford

I can t locate the red Killswitch disable button that used to pop up when you disabled the VPN since the 8 21 update This button is no longer there I tried TWICE to contact support before writing this review but was passed off to beta dept and still got no reply maybe cause I m NOT a beta tester I ll update my review if i ever receive help The VPN is great but their help sucks John     John D.

The only VPN that doesn t bend over for the Government that I have found do not trust the other VPN s I have had huge problems with so many of them I need an Awesome VPN like this as I am constantly clicking on links from suspect people that I debate on YouTube Keep up the great work PIA and Thankyou PS the Satanists in the Government here said in the news they were thinking of banning VPN s the Dogs they create the problems then use it as an excuse to take more of our rights away                     jason ezard

The app is very unstable It frequently disconnects and when I try to let it automatically choose the best server it even becomes completely unusable It keeps trying to connect fails tries again fails again etc And during this process I don t have any internet connection at all It s a shame because I really like PIA on my PC     Woolicorn

Servers have consistently been failing to provide necessary bandwidth on wifi and cellular network connections Running a speed test shows low ping and high bandwidth without the vpn and decent ping with terrible bandwidth with the vpn Often resulting in absolutely no available bandwidth and an inability to use the internet without disabling my OS kill switch Rating 1 star because the issue is consistently occurring over multiple days and I ve received no information about the issue     Daniel

The app has always worked great alart from sometimes the radio button shows it s off whilst it s connected howver I m gibing it lower stars as the newest update while it looks prettier is missing a key button DISABLE INTERNET KILLSWITCH Really annoying that this is removed The notification bar tells me I can disable the killswitch But the old app let me do it manually without entering settings to sisable it permanently Please fix this and add the toggle back to the main screen             Chris Pask

In the previous version of the app there was a button to temporarily turn off the Killswitch however it appears to have been removed from the main screen This makes the app frustrating to use Please add the button back Thanks     Ross Clelland

I ve been using this app on my pcs for years and now the mobile app too It is reliable has great settings and has never given me any issues I particularly like the ping returns so I can pic the fastest location                     Bill Bale
