Almost always the reciept you try to add never makes it Just disappears into cyber space One night I tried the same reciept 15 times before deciding to do it from the web interface           Some reciepts never make it

Never had any trouble using this app                 Great way to get my expense receipts into Wave wherever I am

The idea of this app is great But processing receipts takes FOREVER causing impatience and therefore delay in getting to fully record the receipt within WAVE If the the slowness can be resolved then this app is a great help Example Have been waiting for more than 3 minutes now and my receipt still says processing Who knows how much longer Id be staring at the screen           Great in theory

Works well and very convenient Easy to use and being able to link many phones to one account really helps                 Great app

I understand a couple of the reviews that are frustrated with why the app doesnt do everything that Wave offers but considering that its called Wave Receipt and its designed to help us quickly upload our receipts while were on the go I think its a great app I had problems using it with my older phone but now that Ive upgraded to a phone with a better camera I have no problems taking a picture of my receipt uploading it from the app                 It Does Exactly What it Says

I am using this app since oct 2014 since then this is improving a lot One of the best app Buy sometimes it hanging although ite a awesome app              Best app

I really want to like it but it us unreliable Ill scan 2 or 3 receipts and theyll all show as processing but only one will actually process and the others disappear Who has time for this Not to mention this is vital to running a business smoothly and receipts are important Also if you are paying people to input the info on the receipts they should be fired completely inaccurate

Just attended Waves webinar and learned about this app Took pic of receipt verified it went right into my Wave account                

For a free app I am extremely satisfied to the extent that as soon as I am done transferring my historical transactions Ill be fully sold Now for those who say it takes forever to process the photo has to be clear then wait for a couple of minutes surely the world doesnt end in 5 minutes come back and hit refresh Edit two things insert that note and presto My only wish was that the app accessed the entire website But good job Oh and bill reminders would be awesome but thats why I have Trello              As is

More trouble than its worth Good concept and I like Wave but this app takes too long to process you cant edit records once they are verified and its inconvenient I would love an app that does it right        More trouble than its worth

It doesnt work very well Once Ive edited the receipt it wont save Then I have to ho out of the app wait a while Go back in edit again and then maybe it will save It really does not make things easy or convenient           Disappointed

Good app Wish it would auto crop around the receipt the way Camscanner does Processing takes a while but like that it notifies you when its done Will definitely make it easier to actually get my receipts scanned since its always with you unlike the home scanner which causes me to have a hundred receipts that dont end up scanned              Good but would like

I works ok but improvements are needed On my phone when I use it to capture a receipt it never takes the image right so I use the phone camera take the picture crop it and the open up wave app import the image The scan isnt the best because it cant get a name like Walmart right so some improvements would be nice overall it works and when out in the field I can submit the receipts           Wave Receips

System forzen when scanning invoice Cannot scan more than invoice at the a time To compete with other scanning app probably need auto crop faster multi scanning task           Improvement

I used to love this app But now when I scan a receipt it goes to processing and then does NOT show up for verification If I look at the receipts section on the website the receipt will show up with no ability to verify it the only option is to delete it Given I did not know about this bug and trusted the app Ive lost a significant amount of business receipts in the process

I would love to rate this app higher but the scanner continues to take inconsistent scans Sometimes i will take a picture of a receipt and it will never show up Also the search function for categories and accounts is poor All of these functions work very good on the iPhone but not so good on Android Work on tgese shortcomings and its an easy 5 star app Right now though 52715 its not very good        Scanning function poor

Receipts are always side ways after scanned Text is rarely inputted correctly Format should be pdf        Needs work

Scanner hardly picks up any data correctly and wont save what I edit Totally useless app     Terrible scanner totally bugged

Love it indeed can take a while to process but at end of day it is free and makes life for small operators like me an awful lot easier              Works for me

Its a good app but needs improving Its slow I think thats because of the receipt verification process which incorporates character recognition I suggest adding settings that enables users to simply manually load without online character recognition to improve speed After all if the online verification fails it defaults to manual but after wasting precious five to ten minutes              Good

Receipts dont upload Missing a very key piece of this app for me gets hung up on processing receipts scanned with camera never actually finishes remains as a blank line on phone and when checking on program in laptopdesktop it only has a blank line with the date of receipt captured but no other details This was the selling feature for me easier accounting Without this feature I may as well use Freshbooks if I cant integrate on my phone Tried for a couple months now and through a couple updates still not fixed     Receipts dont upload

The only customer service is to send an email Sent one May 22nd asked for a follow up mid June Finally got an answer today July 7th and the response is basically sorry our software sucks Im appalled and since my CPA has been begging me to switch I am exporting my data in light of this Saving a few bucks every month is absolutely not worth the software limitations and poor customer service     Been promising software improvements for 3 years now Developers are lazy

This app continues to require too much patience as a small business owner on the go The app takes too long to process a photo and as such drains the battery Hope you guys figure it out Uninstalling Might come back to it at a later date        Still needs work

OCR is a little wonky sometimes but the convenience is great              Great not perfect

You dont need an expensive system or accounting software to have pro benefits this makes me look really pro and well organized the app is simple and super fast                 Really awesome

cannot edit refund receipts Error comes up saying it cant calculate the tax amount Also gets hung up occasionally after upload              Great but

Wont Load Wave Receipts on my Galaxy S5 takes the photo and the website receives it but there is nothing showing so I cant edit it to categorize it etc Regarding the video about Receipts it tells me what itll do but it doesnt tell HOW to do it        Wont Load

It is very unfortunate bu you cannot add expenses manually The only way is to take a picture     Cannot add an expense receipt manually

Great time saving when I can combine this with emailing receipts in Had a couple crashes when processing pictures taken by the camera Im sure its a small bug fix Ive had similar functionality in enterprise products So awesome to have it in a small business product and free              Time saver

Not sure why all it does is scan receipts Many expenses are not by receipt especially for small startup businesses I need to record all of my expenses through an app instead of a websiteStill not horrible for FREE       

I love that this app suns to your computer and can be uploaded into a report It would be wonderful if you could give us a running total of the receipts that are entered and totals of each category would be even better I know I can add myself but I work with hundreds of receipts a month Thx for the service              Nice

I like that you can take multiple photos of receipts only having to wait for upload and then can deal with them later However it wasnt able to read more complicated A4 invoices so those must still be entered manually           Good but some limitations

I am disorganised Wave is not We are made for each other Links so easily to the main app and for a small business this is now indispensable and FREE                 Could not do without it
