After installing kotak mobile banking app i downloaded this offers app when prompted But every time I try to open it it crashes while searching for gps location Tried opening through wifi still the same problem Crashes when opening

The interface is very poor If i am indoors it wont take my gps location there is no option of selecting the city from dropdown menu Poor interface no location selection option

This bank shows additional 2 or 3 per year in offers and charges fines 56 per month for some nonsense reasons especially when u have excess funds in your account I lost around rs5000 within 4 months and if u ask them they ll give no of reasonssince on ac opening day u were blindly signed many paperIf u have account please shift to some other bank and close KOTAK as i didIf notu need to lose ur hard earned moneypl check ur monthly statement without missu might also had been CHEATED Dont believe all these U ll BE CHEATEDBEWARE

The app is poorly constructed There should be a scroll bar Every time u view an offer and move back to the offers page u land up on the top of the list Mny offers that are not applicable in the selected city are shown although some of the offers are cool Poor interface
