Everytime I click remember user it still fails to remember it and I have to put my password over and over again and the new format is just trash you added a bunch of worthless things and made what was actually useful completely useless I hope tmobile makes a way for them to pay off my etf for this sad excuse of a security system 0 out of 10     Is this app a joke

Crashed and froze couldnt disable alarm for wife coming home       

Dont get digital life I literally just had my system installed and not even the garage door opener function works properly I open it Says open on my activity But on the controller it says its still closed So i have an app that says its opened and closed at the same time Waste of money Better off going somewhere else for security Pretty sure Im gonna cancel and its only day 2 with this system 2 month update still sucks     Dont get digital life

Every time the app updates it loses my info I only find out when I need it the most Why am I paying 40 a month for this kind of stress     Loses my info

Havent been able to login for 6 days This app was good until it started to lag and freeze Now I cant even login A perfect waste of money How hard is it to make this app work How much more money will it take     Havent been able to login for 6 days

Cant even get started Going to be this much trouble I never would have spent that hard earned cash to install the system in my house And then when it does work its slow as Christmas to respond This app sucks     Bad investment

Im bummed The app worked great for about a month an a half And now we cant login Ive changed password and it still wont log us in It makes me mad that we are paying for something that doesnt work at all Ugh           Im bummed

Im surprised at all the bad reviews for the app on here I had mine installed a few days ago and everything works flawlessly Im able to view my cameras live record video and take still photos lock and unlock the front door open the garage The video quality is excellent and the night vision works great I had the digital front door lock installed and man is that thing cool I can set profiles for my kids so I know whos getting home when Tons of great features LOVE IT Note 3                 Works great for me

I know for a fact that yall can make this app alot better and simpler Please take off all those icons you have all over the camera screen I cant even see the hole camera view because of those annoying space hoggers Aside from that Ill give a 5 once that is done I really like the service and all just not quite digesting the app yet        Be better

Can not log in App locks up and does not connect Can not control alarm with app     Digital sucks

Most of the functions wirk though lots of lag and freezing of the app is experienced when logging in attempting to monitor my cameras or even changing the thermostat The biggest disappointment is the cameras not recording when motion is detected and not being able to monitor them through the app These were the most expensive options and i cant even use them At least I can still arm and disarm the system This system needs some work           A bit laggy everything works except camera monitoring

App isnt working correctly Seems that the easiest part that would work flawlessly is the app Wrong Love the cameras locks and everything else Hate the app with a passion If I hear something outside my door I wont be able to check it from my phone or tablet Huge disappointment Need to get that fixed asap before I drop Digital Life and go with a competitor        App isnt working correctly

If I could rate Digital Life negatively I would The customer service has been awful Ive been literally called a liar for requesting a deal advertised on their website and told I would have to pay for the entire 900 order again because I was moving to a new home and they didnt want us to use the same equipment They offer appointments each day for new customers but I had to wait more than 2 months for an appointment now that Im a customer I would write more but Im out of space     Worst customer service

This update is a trash I wonder if the programmer knows what hes doing Its working though but the menus and graphical or font and color presentation are so bad compared to the previous version Pls give me an option to revert back to the original app     Horrible update

The app always fails when we need it most Always Tried to turn off alarm when on a family vacation 200 miles away and the app servers took a dump Had to give our kids pin to neighbor to feed pets Sometimes takes 10 minutes and several attempts to get the app to work Tonight again app servers take a dump The more it happens the more likely its gonna happen when you need your alarm to work Totally unreliable Hey ATT have yall ever heard of five9s you cant even get two 9s Get a clue     RUN DO NOT RELY ON THIS APP

I think its great I love being able to monitor my home from the app but I would really enjoy being able to set programs from the mobile app and not exclusively on my tablet Phones are becoming very capable these days and I feel I should be able to set programs on both some of my best ideas about how to link up my DL system come when Im nowhere near my tablet or PC Look into this and add the feature and youve got a 5 star rating from me              Features

My only recommendation would be to have the ability to create customer programs on the smartphone version and not just the tablet version                 Works great

Galaxy S6 this app works great Took my time to learn and analyze everything it offers 15 minutes awesome layout My only complaint is that there arent any widgets PLEASE FIX ASAP                 Fantastic
