Bummer I really wanted camcard to work and work well Ive got thousands of cards I need to scan and dont wanna spend 150 on a card scanner Looks like thats what Im going to have to do        Installed it scanned my card and It froze up

I was skeptical about this app when I first installed it a couple of years ago Figured Id have to input most info that it missedsurprise it works great and simple to use I am surprised by the negative comments and problems that other people have had This thing has work great and both my Droid X and now the Samsung s5                 Still working great on samsung s5

Terrible Recognition Dont Waste Time THIS CARD READER IS TERRIBLE I have on many separate ocassions taken clear still pictures of cards and this reader cannot get them correct I spend more time correcting them than I would manually typing Yes the images are taken still and clear and the reader is set to English I got another app World Card Mobile and it works perfect     Terrible Recognition Dont Waste Time

I just upgraded to a Samsung Galaxy Note 4 and the camera seems not to be able to focus on the business cards any more It used to do it very well in Samsung Note 3 but cannot seem to get it right in Note 4 Any clues           Focusing issues in Samsung Note 4

Cant change where to sync to After the creation of cards there is no option to change where the cards are synchronised to There is no option to choose not to synchronise to address book too Contacts are not cleared from address book too during sign out even Clear is selected           Cant change where to sync to

What happened to his app It used to scan cards nearly flawlessly Now I end up with most fields seemingly randomly populated with portions of words from all over the business card eg the business name as the persons first name their title as the business name I can enter the data manually faster than I can scan it now       

This is my report The latest upgrade no longer automatically sync my contacts to my phone or Google so contacts created through CamCard have to be manually synchronized A step back to the stone age        Former happy user

This app allows me to save contacts to my phone from a business card by simply scanning it Works great              Works great

When syncing with google account pls add the option to not sync the card as the contact photo              Great one suggestion

Excellent but still no REAL notes field which is available for editing and syncs with Google Contact Would rank it 5 otherwise          

Use this app a lot for work never have an issue with it working Cards are usually scanned correctly IF the card is not full of graphics Only issues is that it doesnt sort by alphabetical order and will not work without data              Great app

QR code scan doesnt work For Android the app lacks in features which are available for iOS though costs the same amount of money        QR code scan doesnt work

I do a lot of networking and at the end of the day have a stack of cards that need to be entered This app makes very short work of that It makes a few mistakes on hard to read cards but for the most part is on point              Great app

Its telling me to check my network settings when my network is perfectly fine and works with all my other apps But now I can not sign in I paid money to be able not to use it        Very disappointing

This app came highly recommended on different tech sites so I purchased it I have to retake pictures several times before getting a usable photo and the auto crop feature isnt that great An option to manually crop is desperately needed           The idea is more useful than the app

OCR often has issues with fancier fonts Data often gets placed into the wrong fields or info gets clumped into one field especially if nonstandard address formats are used           Field population needs work

A well printed office 4 is interpreted as otftce 4 I dont know why you guys have a five I am using a paid version Will look for others        Not intelligent OCR

Unable to currently scan effectively into Microsoft Exchange due to a bug which Support acknowledges is a current issue Edit yesI emailed youand you told me it is a bug with no workaround other than to edit the card manually after scanningremove all info except phone and emailand manually save back to Exchange       

I purchased this Camcard Apps Having used for a long period of time I expected some functions should be existing reasonably 1 Now the cards export function will only export the whole card holder How can I export a group or selected cards As a paid Apps it should provide such choice to the users 2 The export provides vcf and xls formats But how about to export the card images of course as point 1 it should be group selection enable Other Free Apps are also providing this           HTC E8

Bad integration options with google contacts I cannot add more details to a contact that already exists Please add Greek OCR           Good compared to similar apps

HELP Does anyone know how to export Camcard to Google Contacts I thought it was automatic but it isnt I dont care how cumbersome the process is I just need to do it thanksif youve tried the other business card scanners then you know how amazing camcard is if you prop the cards up theres no shadow and it reads almost perfectly its very easy to switch the field and you get to keep the card image so if youre in a hurry you can make the corrections laterI was shocked when I tried the ABBYY finereader card scanner ABBYY makes the best OCR software out there but it was hopelessThus far I am extremely impressed If it keeps working this well all I can say is its worth the original 1199 price And for 99cents Come on

Saves a lot of time Let us choose if picture of business card should be set as contact picture And if its set as contact picture it ends up being cropped off The OCR works well even for a business card displaying more than one language The field I find myself most often correcting is the name field The software often cant separate the last name from the first                 Pretty good
