This is the XDA God works, the second time I subsequently joined the Settings development.This app allows users to have a floating App Folder, and can choose their own favorite theme :)

At the minute this is exactly what it says a folder that you can add apps to and sure enough it minimises into a small icon which works great the only annoying thing for me is lack of multi select option when putting apps in and inability to move apps around in the folder Two minor things which shouldnt distract from the fact that it does exactly what is promised which is becoming a rarity on the playstore GREAT FOLDER APP
