The app and the system are not worth it the price of the hub remote It doesn t fully control my PS4 such as turning it off or movie controls fast forward rewind stop pause etc The main reason I bought this in the first place For my Spectrum it turns it on half of the time senses the channel numbers half of the time pressing the preprogrammed favorites channels does nothing It controls the Roku properly I ve had it for a year optimistically awaiting updates but still waiting         Priscilla McCue

I am using this app just to control my home theater After using it for several months I admit I would prefer my old physical harmony remote to this phone app hub combo The app doesn t react well to the phone going to a sleep state Remote buttons often do produce response unless pressed multiple time I had to experiment to find the best location for the hub Slightly in front of the rack tends to work best But if you re trying to flip back and forth between games Get your real remote         Kevin Voss

When I first heard about the Harmony Hub and its associated software and how good it was I thought Great At last a system that can control my TV my Hi fi and my Sky Q Little did I know of the nightmare I was going to have setting it all up Even after many hours I was unable to do a simple task like Watch TV withought it turning on and off the 3 devices and setting them to the correct inputs I could go on but unfortunately the review is limited to 500 characters     Chris Pettet

Fundamentally useless It will fail to connect to the hub it will fail to log you in it will fail to contact Logitech s servers I have spent 2 days attempting to get this system to work It Does Not Great in theory useless in practice The whole lot is heading back to Amazon     Stuart Reid

Barely working since the most recent update Buttons have all reset to defaults which are pretty useless won t save button edits long delays after pressing buttons For something that s supposed to be a premium product from a reputable manufacturer this is totally unacceptable     Beth Hunter

Not a good buy I can t even add devices eveytime I try on my android phone a big pop up appears and there is no way to see the whole thing or know what to press on It is a pop up to continue setting up not an ad pop up Disappointed     Brett Bennett

I have multiple hubs and the app dos not allow me to edit 2 out of 3 hubs it always wants to edit the same hub no matter what TI make matters worse it synced the wrong data Needless to say as it is right now the app is utter garbage fi you have multiple hubs DO NOT try and update anything because it will destroy your setup     Marijan Adam

It can only handle one thing at a time so of you are using it to control the TV and then want to control something else it either can t do it or it turns off the TV first and then controls the other device It is okay if you only want to use it for controlling one bundle of devices         David Scherer

used to be great now painfully slow to connect to hub and reconnect every time you put your phone down please speed up connection and it will be great again update since last update it is working much better                 Andrew Young

The hub and remote are great gadgets but the app leaves something to be desired Slightly slow startup and isn t very user friendly Needs some huge tweaks to make the app easier to navigate and troubleshoot     Ian Tandingan

The hub does not work with my Samsung TV I have an 8500 which isn t really old yet the hub not only will not connect to it but it won t learn the commands from either the TV or tivo remote If there was a minus 10 stars then that s what I d give it     Malcolm Harnden

I just bought the 655 remote After some major frustration trying to open the download I grabbed the remote stomped on it and threw it off my apartment balcony I feel much better now Hope I can save someone some frustration Dont bother with this product its a scam     EVIL WHITE MAN

Not the most intuitive app I ve ever used It s a little buggy and will stop connecting for no reason But when it works then it is extremely useful The UI is a problem The setup is more complicated than it looks The logic is weird you think you ve finished but nope The instructions are less helpful than they initially appear App navigation is another related issue I get the weird logic now so 3 stars I will give 4 stars when it reliably connects This should be a 5 star app             abdulkareem ibn neville

Used to work ok if a bit clunky and slow Now it s a lot slower seems to be doing everything via the cloud rather than locally and most importantly I can t actually edit anything the whole point of the app because it says it s downloading configuration but never gets past 25         Rob Sclater

Very good I ve been using this app on iOS for 5 years and generally works very well The only that could the tweaked is that the Android navigation bar at the bottom back home etc is in white which is very distracting for an app that s often used in the dark Suggest that this is black with the buttons in a lighter colour                 Pareet Shah

Increasing stars to be an app review not entire system as the app supports a lot of things App looks good on a larger tablet nice to see all the controls Easy navigation through devices It shouldn t be this hard to set up though I had a lot of trouble with the WiFi connection If you don t use the remote activity button then it doesn t know what thing it is supposed to control so if you use the phone app and then try to use the remote there is a disconnect I tried an activity from my phone this morning and nothing happened The simple turn on the TV activity Tried to add a step for Samsung TV and get E1400 server errors Frustrating                 Jenni O'Connor

App is ok One major annoyance is when arranging order of activity s via dragging activity to new location If your activity list is longer than the screen it is impossible to reorder the list if the item s new position requires that the list scrolls Once it starts scrolling the list moves wildly up or down to the top or bottom of the list depending on where you are trying to reposition item The only solution is to move the item a couple of places at a time Scroll the list a bit then move again This should be easy Also on tablet the app is forced to landscape mode This makes it very inconvenient to use app while doing other things on your tablet that require portrait mode I m constantly rotating tablet because of this Really annoying Other annoyances If you configure your activities via the desktop app there is no way to set a default activity order The default is the order you added the activities If you have app installed on more than one device you have to edit the ordering for each device Makes no sense for a modern application Only one TV activity will display preset stations Just doesn t make sense Why         M K

Been using Logitech remotes for nearly 20 years now Tweaking them had always been frustrating but fun and rewarding Then they tried to force everything on the mobile app and its garbage now Logitech UIs have always been clunky but this abysmal If everything goes right smooth sailing but eventually something will go funky Good luck fixing it without a full clear and new setup Tech support forum is a joke These might be my last days with Logitech remotes     Darryl Wilson

It works But it hasn t really had significant updates in years It can be hard to find a specific setting as the UI seems disorganized Also stuff like creating a custom sequence are extremely frustrating Ended up taking me 45 minutes just to get it a sequence to turn my tv brightness up Copying and pasting should absolutely be a thing here Not only individual steps but creating a copy of the entire sequence         Brendon Serack

I have owned many Harmony remotes over the years I currently have 2 Harmony Touch and 1 Harmony Elite all with their own hubs While the remotes themselves work well I am totally horrified by this stagnant app It is in need of a major upgrade 1 Setting things up is really a trial and error experience Forcing users to go with a mobile app was a BAD choice in my opinion At the very least it was premature but I had hope they would catch up quickly instead it appears to be stagnant I have not noticed any major changes in what feels like years 2 I have 3 systems and occasionally want to control them using my Note 8 phone It takes an excessively long time to switch between one hub and another I have a 1Gbps fiber connection with low latency and several APs around the house so I don t think my network is to blame I have come to HATE the Connecting to Hub page 3 I cannot stand having to wait to connect to the last hub I was using before I can switch to a new hub Why 4 Make it easier to switch hubs Going to the MENU selecting Switch Hubs and then having to pick a hub from there is really slow inefficient and annoying Out of space to continue rant     Alex Ruffell
