I really like that I am able to read the numbers Graphics are good and colorful The only downfall is lets say I have two cards and there are 25 numbers on each card and Im playing a tournament and the called numbers are not even on my card So I lose my credits Bingo city
It could be better if you can win some times lol

Contacted topways customer service on 27 Oct about not getting gems I purchased Got an email back I would be contacted within 24 hrs or soon after if email volume was heavy It is now 4 Nov and I have had no response and still out money and gems Very bad business topways Seldom win much less first win Collections are next to impossible to acquire Very poor customer service
The game was good until 2 weeks ago that is the reason I gave it at least 3 stars Now when i play more then 2 cards it freezes during the game and wont let me change screens to my other 4 cards so i can only play the 2 Please fix or i will have to remove the game Game freezes

Its ok Ive been playing for 8 months and Im on level 70 but only in the 5th room The server keeps shutting down and now the balls are not getting called and my points keep going up but wont move me to the next level Its ok

This game started out bad for me When I first logged in there was a special for gems and I purchased 2 sets Money was taken from my account and it said that I was being credited I didnt receive anything I contacted customer support over 5 hrs Ago with receipt and havent heard a word Im not impressed They could have at least sent a confirmation that a ticket was received Ill be contacting google wallet and paypal first thing It just happened to me again Bingo city

Dont buy their sales ads Bought 2 sets of diamonds coins and energy things for 399 and only got the diamonds nothing else was suppose to 2000 coins and so many energies and only the diamonds Dont buy their sales ads
Color of cards do not go with the different colors on the boards That blinding flashing light is horrible the game itself is a good game with the exception of those two factors It looks like someone went crazy with a box of Crayolas Improvements needed
