Constant annoying audio messages which repeat unnecessarily and there doesn t seem to be a way to turn it off Also I cannot navigate back using the back button on my phone When i press the back button it pops up a choice to exit the app or cancel So to get to the previous screen I have to quit the app and re open it How did this get past QA     Seadna Smallwood

The app displays a little warning legal notice under every single bus service listed something about the bus may be cancelled Please don t do this because it drastically reduces the number of options that can be seen at a time Another whinge is that the app asks for lots of permissions when starting I can understand why it might ask to know my location But why does it want access to files and media             David McCormack

Have been finding this app so useful although there were glitches sometimes but now there has been an update and it s unusable It doesn t recognise where I live If I find it through typing in the bus number lots of buses are missing It s just generally much harder to navigate the app and find the information you need than it used to be it s totally changed It s a pity because I have really been relying on it Think I will delete it now     Helen Roberts

Completely inaccurate and useless Times are completely inaccurate App says one thing in real time supposedly but when you get to the bus stop the real time sign at the bus stop says a completely different time and that time on the board is correct Ran down the street for my bus only to find it wasn t for another 8 mins after the time the app says     Alan Dobbs

The update made things worse UX sucks and I gave it a chance for a long time now Also what I ve noticed just now is that it doesn t show correct times I got the right bus stop number but it shows random buses at random times It happened 3 days in a row this app says my bus would be here at 7 09am the bus stop schedule says 7 15 and so does the live board and the app was moving the time of the departure every time I refreshed it It s not reliable     Jacob Donek

Inaccurate information renders this app next to useless It s been updated with a lot of effort gone into a new ui But the fundamental problem was not fixed very frustrating to see so much affort go into the design and so little into the underlying data quality issues Still end up standing at empty bus stops while the app tells me a bus has been and gone     Marie Murphy

A good app but I did find it difficult to use at first Reliability really needs to improve Only 4 times out of 10 can I see when the next Bus Eireann bus is coming even with a full 4G signal All of the other attempts result in a server not available error Yes I realise I am using the app at peak times but that s what it should be designed for If it can t handle the load during rush hour upgrade the server its connection and add a load balancer Hoping to see improvement soon Thanks                 James C

Since the upgrade this app is inuseable i work in the city centre and im finding it incredible difficult to check when my bus is due as it only shows the first few buses If your at a busy stop this is app useless Any chance you can change it back so we can get a long list of the buses that are due at one stop     Aysha Baba

honestly the amount of things wrong with the app is incomprehensible bus stop numbers wrong eta times wrong buses not appearing on the bus billboard thing Best hope of getting a 45a stick your finger on the air and say yes it feels like theres a bus due when they bought the 45a route I give them a lot of time for teething problems but at this stage nah drivers 9 5 10 quick question tfi how can a driver do a route properly if you keep chopping and changing them     Richie Kelly

This is literally one of the worst apps I ve ever used The user interface is horrible it s a nightmare to navigate The new update made the app even more difficult to use You can t favourite stops anymore Well you can but there s no tab exclusively for favourites You can t even look up stop numbers properly It only gives you stop numbers in the 100s Please fix this monstrosity people have to use it to get to work and school The Dublin Bus app was so much better     Mc Keever

app is nice but real time information never up to date buses can say theyre still 6 minutes away but you can see them drive down the road while on the way to the bus stop very inconsistent very frustrating especially when raining youre better off looking at the timetable info and just guessing as youre more likely to be right since app has updated cannot find any stop info when you save stops it randomly gives you info for stops near it and not your stop     neisha durnin

used be a great basic app to check stops nearby after recent updates tbe app is now unusable search by map doesnt work anymore try Ashtown train station there are six stops bunched together you cant click on the one you want you can t even see it lost all my favourites in the update too hoping for improvement next update     Tuan Foley

Not accurate at all Times are all completely off Buses disappearing off the screen and refreshing the screen changes the buses that appear to be arriving Shame Would be a nice app if it was accurate     claire o'connell

the developers of this app should be ashamed of themselves it lacks in just about everything that a good app should be it s clumsy confusing and difficult to navigate and keeps crashing its just a terrible frustrating experience I wish there was a competing alternative app     John Byrne

They need to get a much better map caching system in place The current one is garbage The app is slow and clunky I know the location of a stop and want to check next bus and its taking like 10mins Old Dublin bus app was far better and that s saying a lot     B

Honestly this app is terrible the UI is very unappealing and its functionality although very limited but straightforward is so inconsistent to the point where I would rather take my chances and wait at a bus stop than use the app     Matthew Nolan

they put in some update and it straight up never works anymore literally no information on busses it will not connect on either wifi or my data however everything else on my phone will load so i know the problem is not on my side such a complete letdown from what the app used to be like     L Kennedy

This app is useless It gives times for phantom buses that never appear It gives information about buses going in the opposite direction to what you ve requested You may as well just guess a time for your bus     Paul Orr

Where do I start awful interface and UI map search function you have zoom right in to find a stop cant see bus numbers when found without clicking in and having completely restart your search No favourites I could find Please look at Dublin Bus app and bring it back     Mark Ryan
