Getting back into WoW so I got this authenticator but you have no choice but quickly type in an 8 digit authenticator key The one touch feature never registers a game pending authentication for I nor my wife who is on iOS so I really don t know what the point of it offering such a convenient feature is     Christopher Eaton

Terrible app if you cant log in or have authenticate enabked it sends hou emails for verification that never arrive i your inbox Worst ap ever and even worse comoany No live support or chat Ih I was wring Chat is only available for a measly 3 hiurs during the day What a stupid company Looks like I have lost access to my purchases on PC for my account for Destiny 2 and Blizzard doesnt care about its customers This is the last time I will purxhase a blizzard product     Mike Swanson

lol you cant use your google account to login even if on their official site you used your google account to login if you try to login with Facebook it wont let you either because it says third party login is disabled bahahaha worst app i have ever seen on the google app store by far and to think it came from Blizzard a company that used to be known for its time and effort spent on making sure their products are the best I am truly disappointed in you Blizzard     John Connor

stuck attached to homescreen after installing on my phone i noticed that even though the app is on another screen if i touch a blank spot on my cell phone homescreen the Authenticator app pops up all the time its attached the homescreen and i can t figure out how to fix it every time i grab my phone the authenticator app is up on screen because I ve touched the main screen by accident Can either blizzard or someone who knows afix for me thank you         Chris Matinet

This app used to work alot better The one touch authentication was convenient However over the past few months it gets caught in a loop where it requests approval only to clear the password and make you start again This can happen several times in a row I have opened tickets and filled bug reports yet this still isn t fixed Despite having account hacking issues in the past the developer really doesn t seem concerned about fixing this     Nathan Beauchamp

I ve been using this app for a couple years now Never had problems with it once On top of that thanks to this app I can not worry about my WoW account being hacked SMS protect is also good because it let s you know if someone is trying to access your Blizzard account And linking your Facebook and Google Gmail accounts is a good idea it keeps your security tight I don t know why people are complaining A relative got their account stolen a few months back and Blizzard retrieved it thankfully they told them about the app and never got hacked again since then Just be careful about the SMS though don t lose your phone or break it you should be fine It alerts you if someone is trying to hack your account or not                     Blade

this is dumb all I want to do is play WoW and I have the authenticator and I only can just pass the setting up screen and then I have to put in a serial number and restore code to play the game please help me out with my problem by either giving me a serial number and restore code or you could bldumb down the whole authenticator process if i dont get a reply i will sue your whole entire company     Jarrod Douglas

Didn t work originally After searching it appeared to be related to AdBlockers After disabling mine the Authenticator worked Two stars for this app since it needs to connect to advertising servers to function which only reinforces the fact that Blizz is so greedy that they need suplemental revenue for an app that only serves to secure their other apps paid and pay to win         Devin Ossmann

Someone tryed to hack my account and locked me out I then changed the password and added my phone to the account I would love to have this app as well but it doesn t work Won t let me log in Every time it tells me I m typing the code wrong I have now received 3 emails with codes and tried to log in 50 different ways changing capitalizeation so on and so forth but it doesn t work with anything I try I want to use the app Please make it work     Ben Szlapak

Terrible I tried relogging in after a few years and theres no way to do it You have to submit a email ticket to blizzard in order to authorize a new phone that idiotic why not just send me a text like all other authenticators this is useless unless youre setting up for the first time     Meister z
