you need to open bluetooth tethering on one device if your device has one SettingsMore Settings Tethering and portable Hotspot bluetooth tethering and connect to each other If not you could use portable wifi hotspot on one device and connect to the otherpls note that this takes a lot of your battery hope i helped To have multiplayer on minecraft without wifi
