Its actually a really good app for certain items like work clothes for ladies which are of really good quality and cheaper than buying from the shops One of the cons is the delivery can take ages and to date I have not received any voucher codes or any further discounts for returning customers You could create a membership database and offer customer centric disounts on purchases              Great app

Pissed waiting for my order extimated delivery was 180215 send message to My Contact twice with no reply at all Bought few things on Singsale had three out of the few things damage was asked to send email with photos for evidence until now i have no reply and it has been about 3 months since i send thoese emails If you people dare to take risk by all means buy from Singsale You can also see that they reply here mostly to people that like their app     Waiting for my order

I bought a winter jacket for my hub around AugSep for our winter hols in Dec 14 It never arrived but Singsale showed proof of delivery which was not only truncated but not signed as well There certainly has not been anyone home to receive item as we are both working in the day at the time of delivery Hafiz from Cust Svc has been not helpful Gives standard ans the truncated proof of delivery went entirely quiet when questioned Cheaters lousy quality for most items purchasedWill nvr buy again     Item not sent but Singsale is ignoring me

I placed an order in February still never received it they forced me to reorder with site credit charged me again for a delivery fee

My order did not arrive in time for Christmas though it was placed weeks in advance and other orders after had arrived Customer service took really long to reply and it turned out the merchant had lost the order They refunded me with vouchers which I tried to use but the next merchant did not have stocks so ya i paid for delivery for nothing least this time customer service was prompt in replying     Lost orders
