Wont let me sign in or create an account All it does is when I put my phone number in it asks me for my mothers maiden name I put it in and it says please reenter to verify your account or something like that Idk why I cant make an account Sign in problems
I reinstalled this today since it had been updated and I am pleased that everything is in working order Very pleased Much better after July update

It was working great until recently I went to check the data used and my service end date and it just comes up blank Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app but it did not work Still comes up blankif you could solve this error would gladly rate higher No longer showing data and end date

Cant log in Tells me my log in is invalid Do the forgot password deal enter my email address and it says no account associated with that email Thats the same email I have used with straighttalk for over 3 yrs and I can log in using it thru my browser just not thru this crappy app Fix the problem and Ill give it more stars Cant log in

For one thing under manage credit cards it brings up a credit card that I BOUGHT my straighttalk phone with I have NEVER used auto refill and it wont let me delete the card infosays its being used for auto refill That is super frustrating Makes me leary to use the app if I cant delete my own info Other than that I like the app I have samsung galaxy s3 and I can do everything else Got issues
I downloaded this app Ive tried several times to log in the apt is still logged in under the previous owner of my phone number so it will not let me sign up at all Ive been back and forth with the people on Facebook and they just dont seem to understand that I change my number 2 months ago and I cannot use this app unless they reset it they keep sending me messages all is taken care of as long as you can answer the security questions well guess what straight talk I cant answer the security question Sucks

Ive had straight talk for a year and have bought 3 different phones all with the same number and have had 0 problems I just changed to an unlocked ZenFone yesterday ported my number to it used the minutes from my previous phone and had to change my VPN settings which I knew NOTHING about and it was activated and working in about 2 hours If you have any problems call customer service and they will hook you up Cant beat 45month and no contract I buy my cards on WalMarts website and call Why all the problems

when it works it seemingly works well it more often than not says there is a network error and disappears only to pop up 10 minutes later and do it again so it works about as well as the actual service in my area possibly causing my issues flaky

The problem with the app that caused the WiFi to turn on whenever the phone went idle has been solved but it no longer shows my service end date etc without logging in with a password a lesser but new pain
You would think that Straight Talk would put in the effort on their own app It constantly asks you to sign in As soon as you do it brings you to an account management menu Select any option and it sends you right back to the sign in menu This is a never ending cycle Horrible just horrible Absolutely Horrible
