Not accurate It doesn t do anything on my phone anyway to detect motion It s just timed So if you tell it you re going for a walk but just sit there it racks up mileage you didn t walk Worse even if you are walking or running it adds mileage much too fast as if you re an Olympic sprinter With motion detection as in Google Fit and other apps this would probably be very useful but it isn t a good app yet         Stanton McCandlish

Aside from the bug that makes indoor and outdoor walk give unrealistic amounts of miles I would like to point out that it s really frustrating when I accidentally turn off the app and get my hopes up when I see that my workout is restored only to find out that timer and miles are reset to 0 It didn t happen once it happened every time in newer updates Please note that workouts used to be normally restored couple of months ago I hope this will get fixed because otherwise the app is amazing             Vladimir Nesic

I used to love this app But I just did the most recent update and it totally wiped out all of my miles earned and all of my workouts And started me back at 0 Update to the previous review I still have not gotten my miles back It s taken the guy over a week to even respond to my email And this morning I do my 4 miles and the app locks up and I lost them This App is on dire need of a revamp     Tracy Little

Every update requires you to log in again Looking at teams will most of the time not load in the teams information unless you go back and open the tram again For the devs the app needs to be looked at from a holistic perspective and you need to figure out if every feature is working as you designed and expected My guess is no             Niall Lynch

I love the app and the idea behind it I just wish I could actually use it Every time I ve tried it the last two months it doesn t track my mileage I ran over two miles the other day and it only said I went 02 miles I had another taking app open at the same time so I know how far I went I ve tried it with it being the only app open and it does the same thing             danendesign

This new version sucks Now you can t log miles just steps Would be nice if you could switch between the two And now you also can t end your session so I m not sure if it actually logs the steps or not Before it would ask you if you were sure you wanted to finish but they took that option away     Karla Prado

Like many reviewers we ve noticed that it exaggerates the miles and sometimes doesn t log them Recently it s been acting like it now requires an internet connection while logging the miles not just when uploading them I pay extra for internet access away from home and am not about to do so for this app which donates less than I would pay to log the miles     Iljimae -SW-

So far the idea has been great but syncing using Strava has not been working well Also accessing my team always generates a request times out error and whatever Strava miles I ve gotten to sync never get counted             Allan Harris

This app grossly exaggerates the distance that you run Every other jogging app that I have used on my phone is very close to accurate when it tracks the distance I ve ran but this app claims that I ran 6 miles when I actually ran 0 9 miles Considering that this app is a for profit charity and that they take a portion of the money that is donated for themselves I suspect that the app is exaggerating user s miles in order to get more money from the companies that sponser them Uninstalling     Katrina Tia-Jasmine

An ok app with a good concept but poor customer service and advertises false capabilities The option to delete your account does not work despite being an option in app and am provided with vague answers when or if it is going to be fixed Also does not seem to log distance accurately some of the time         Christine Allison

The concept is great Still there should be a way to see your total amount of money that accumulated for your charity It is not enough to see only 5 cents each time you log in or out How can I be assured that I reached a set monetary goal for the charity i chose             Mary Hasaballa

I love the concept but it seems buggy Earlier i went to the zoo to try out the app for the first time It immediately started jumping up in miles even though i was still standing still About two hours later i checked it and it said i had gone 2 miles in 2 hours About 30 minutes later i checked it again and somehow the time had changed to 17 mins and my miles dropped to 0 1 so i gave up and just ended the walk             Rachelle Mays

Just installed the app and logged first walk session This is a great concept and will try to continue to use it However there are constant request timeouts both on Wi Fi and LTE Leaving this comment until developers fix it It s frustrating for user interaction I emailed the developer about it with details Will update this if it s resolved soon     Nazim Ali

I d love to give this app 5 stars but I can t The concept is amazing and I ve been using the app for years without any issues Now I can t get it to give me an accurate calculation of my miles I ran a half marathon in Waco last Sunday and it only gave me 110 mile of credit it was so frustrating Nothing has changed on my end Samsung Galaxy S7 current android operating system and my fitbit is working just fine so it s not my phone GPS either I have uninstalled u0026 reinstalled 4 times now             Soozy Martin

i love the idea of this app if you re going to exercise why not help a charity at the same time My frustration is that the app will not track accurately if you open something else on your phone i had been walking 25 minutes but it showed I d walked 6 minutes u0026 not even gone half a mile On the flip side other times I ve run a little bit while on a walk it gives me too much distance I ll still run it because every but tells a charity but won t use for accurately tracking runs         Athenssmile s

I love that I can raise money for charity while doing something I love Charity miles is very generous at 0 25 mile running However forget trying to be at all competitive on your time with this app It adds on a good 1 5min mi as compared to fitness apps Please fix this Charity Miles Also 50 of the time the finish button won t work which is beyond frustrating as I watch the time continue thus making my time even worse             A Google user

Using for over a year 1500 miles it s a flip of the coin if it will actually log your workout You start the app get past the ad make sure it s tracking u0026 when you re done go to open your phone u0026 save the workout it might reload the ad u0026 blank your mileage so you lose everything This happens regularly at least once a week App also times out constantly it s impossible to actually be social with it u0026 see what your teams are doing Developers really need to put some work into it     Brian Kincel

I am giving this three stars because I used to love this app then it started moving the decimal point over one so instead of walking 6 miles I was walking 60 and now it won t record anything at all I see that I am not the only person experiencing this problem so hopefully the app developers will get this fixed             Peggy Bodner

I Love it I have medical conditions which keeps me from out side walking however I have a stationary bike can you add this I do walk some outside when it s not too hot and I walk inside so add ons the bike would help thanks                 Shirley Everhart

this app is horrible if I didn t need it for my team then I would delete it it never loads my team stats it takes 3 or more tries even after closing and reopening the app It would be nice if it kept a log of your sessions to show what you walked like it does in the team that is if they actually load     Sarah Tolley

Reviewing team stats usually results in a 0 miles result and timing out Reading through other Android users comments and very familiar unstable experiences suggests an urgent neeb for a complete rework of this ap on Android I m only sticking with it because of the group I m in         Colin Chick

Terrible app never accurately recorded any of my workouts Tried reinstalling contacting tech support adjusting my gps settings etc to no avail I love the idea but the app needs work     Nicole

When comparing miles walked with the known measured miles using three other things 2 apps 1 mile marker which support the known distance the others agree with each other as well as agree with the known distance and my personal pace combined with time but this app claims it is more than double that distance and pace Not good     Nicole Peckham
