I have loved nook for years and am on my third nook device The app does not complete syncing this has been going on since the most recent update Samsung Note 5 Have to force stop the app because it s chewing through battery and slowing everything down then it restarts sync later Because of the failed sync my nook device can t sync changes made in the app or know where the last page was read in a book Very frustrating as I use both the phone app and the nook device frequently             Delores Sweeney

New App does not work with Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 Nook My mom is elderly and has beginning stages of dementia She spends all her time reading This is really sad She lost all of her books and has been miserable This app should be backwards compatible but it seems they aren t thinking of older tablets sold by Barnes u0026 Noble We even took it into Barnes u0026 Noble and none of the employees could get it to work properly The app continues to say Not Optimized for Your Device Please fix this issue     Joanna Torres

Edit After the latest Android system update that came out the other day I have been able to get nook app to install Still don t know why only this app was having problems Cannot get the app to install on Galaxy S9 running Android 9 Just says downloading forever All other Play Store apps download and install no problem btw the app downloaded just fine on a Galaxy Note9 also running Android 9 so I don t know why it can t install here Dev s please help                 Eva Fountain

I downloaded the app on my new phone but im missing a lot of books I had over 500 books and now i only have 120 I paid for some of those books and got other for free but I cant find them at all I ve tried all the tips the help center suggests but most of it seems to be reload your library or app or resign in which hasnt done anything to fix the problem     Sarah Randall

I used this app for years and was very happy with it l have purchsed many ebooks from barnes and noble In January there was a software update that left my tablet unable to open the app everything else on the tablet still works after repeated calls with barnes and noble i have not been able to access my library on my 2 year old Acer tablet for 7 months and not a word from bu0026 n customer service     Larry Blas

why do you have to enter a credit card number when you ordered a book from Barnes u0026 Noble I already paid for the book there s no reason they need my credit card number I should be able to enter the app and read my book without entering that information     Karl Pennington
