It seems to work O K but only after you have turned on content share through Settings go to settings Go to System Got to Internet Setting Turn on Content Share I also turned on FTP Server although this probably is not needed Once the above has been done then the app finds the HDR 2000T as long as your phone is connected to the Wifi on your router to which your Humax is connected and you select the device and proceed onto the control window                     How to get it working on HDR 2000T Patrick Brosnan

Spent over an hour disconnecting ethernet making SSID visible sorting out MAC and IP addresses Guess what It doesn t work with the HDR 1010S and I am sure many other devices Why don t you make clearer at the outset the devices it does doesn t work with on here before we waste time downloading app and trying to make it work     Limited devices only Ian Franklin

Last week it worked once I put this phone version on my tablet This week it tells me I need to be on the same wifi network Which I am Utterly ridiculous Update it failed because I also had the BT Wi Fi app running in the background Even though both PVR and tablet were connected to the BT Hub6 directly When I forced stop for the BT wifi using android settings u003eapps suddenly my humax app connected to the FVP 5000t Buggy This problem was the same in the other humax live TV app         Jim Barton

Humax is connected via ethernet cable so this app is useless because it s saying the mobile device and humax need to be on the same wireless network Utter rubbish It should work for mobile devices connected to the same router     Simon

App works really well In fact the box responds better with the app than it does with the remote As other have pointed out turn on Network Server and FTP in file sharing Most of the negative reviews seem to be coming from people who have failed to perform the above Perhaps humax could instruct users when the app is launched                     Kirk Sutherland

Finally managed to get it to recognise my HDR200t but only by going into settings and selecting sharing On even though it was already on A bit useless because I have to do that with the real remote first     Keith Wilkinson
