Not good enough Just finished the actual test The questions on this app are not difficult enough This app provides a good foundation of knowledge throughout the book but it does not go deep enough The actual content of the CSCS exam is much more specific It asks about everything you would not have expected just using the app You HAVE TO use the book This can only be a supplement at best                 Trevor Alberts

It definitely helps The programming questions and testing administration questions are spot on in terms of difficulty to the actual test Nutrition questions on here are practical but not what is on the real test This was my major study tool and I just took and passed my exam first try last week I scored high on the practical section because of this app like I said those questions match well Study exercise science in more detail because those questions are nit picky                 Ryan Marshall
