This app has been awesome for the last few years as I have used it to connect to my office network remotely using a tablet with 4G service Recently it has been terrible It freezes about every 2 to 3 minutes and I have to reconnect to the network each time and then I can use it for another 2 minutes then it freezes again Over and over and over again and again So frustrating Can t accomplish anything     Andrew Bongiorno

Passable but has issues that are not present in a standard RDP client from MS say Running on a Samsung Chromebook 3 and keeps setting Caps Lock in remote session only switches off when I switch away from the session and then back Fonts in some apps OneNote look blurry and I have disabled Drop Shadows on icons Somehow it is involving my display adapter which keeps flashing black screen banners GXM by Matrox so is obviously not headless agnostic as RDP is supposed to be         David Matten

The app in itself works great You have plenty of options and great control over your PC HOWEVER Using this app means you ll mess up your PC s configuration The items in your start menu get moved around items on your desktop get shifted and even items in your system tray get moved out of order or even out of the tray If you re used to having things in the same place on your desktop get ready to move them back after using this app I love the app but I absolutely hate what it does to my PC after using it so I won t be using it again     Tim Derks

Can t get it to work on my home network Not sure if it s related to 2FA I ve set up windows hello but it seems to not accept my password App passwords doesn t seem to work either and turning off NLA doesn t make a difference It does get the computer certificate so there are some sort of communication but seems MS has some stuff they need to sort out Currently unusable     Espen Berglund

Best alternative to Google s old remote desktop client for windows 10 system Google used to install a programme on my computer and one on my phone so that I could control my PC Google s app was FAR FAR easier to configure for windows 7 when compared to Microsoft s own app Now the programme on my PC no longer works Google forces the user to use Chrome browser instead I HATE CHROME Thank you microsoft for this app Works very well with windows 10 although it is still a faff with windows 7                     Chandradhar Koneti

This mostly works great However I am using this on my chromebook 15 display at home while plugged into an external monitor 21 display Whenver I try to display the Windows Remote Desktop on the external monitor the image is tiny 11 display on a 21 screen I have played with the resolution options built into the app but all these do is change how big or small everything looks within that 11 viewing area I can t figure out a way to fix this and I haven t found a way to ask for help besides here             Robert Locke

Really good but there is a mouse issue I access my work machines from my galaxy tab and I have a bluetooth keyboard and mouse for it all works well except when using the mouse to access the taskbar the cursor stops just above it I have tried changing the app settings and switching between mouse and touch mode but nothing seems to work for that issue             Vashisht Sharma

Been using this since Win 7 Recommend it for anyone that need to remotely access their PC by remote desktop Integrates my Note stylus and touch control perfectly with Windows 10 No camera or microphone support yet so can t use Cortana remotely Don t waste time trying other apps This one is simple to use and keeps getting better No ads                 Dan

Constantly disconnects within seconds appears to have issues with the GUI and higher resolutions No issues with RemoteApps or on the desktop computer at all Something is very wrong with this app Beta too     Tony B.

I have a problem launching the Remote Desktop on My PixelBook I am using 2 external monitors at work and the Remote Desktop client just crashes when trying to launch any RDP session I would also be nice to be able to window it and move to another screen             Steve

I downloaded this app in hopes that it would work better tgsn TEAM VIEWER and PHONE MY PC Whike the app immediately identified my PC during setup it would not allow me to sign in stating that my Microsoft user name password was incorrect after just using the same user name and password to down load the app I paid 49 for special service and remote desktop help from MS and after 4 sessions nobody still knew what could be done and most of the representatives we re not even familiar with it     Stuey Ooey
