It keeps asking for me to accept updated terms evertime I open the app and does not allow me to watch downloaded content without this step But this confirmation requires internet access so if I download content to watch when I m offline I get stuck in this step and cannot view the downloaded videos Very annoying         Asli Ozpehlivan Gungor

I stream courses on the bus to and from work and I ve never had a problem The app is stable and never crashes Downsides include having to continualy accept Terms every time I open the app Videos are also stretched cropped when played in fullscreen mode so I often cannot see things like menu bars footers in videos that contain screen recordings                 Andrew George

Horrible user experience constantly tries to connect to Internet even for downloaded files On a pro account with all files downloaded it either says you need a pro account to watch downloaded files and doesn t allow you do anything or then just constantly buffers for couple of minutes trying to connect to Internet when watching already downloaded files     Peter Lacko

The app doesn t work on my phone for the last 2 years I have Google Pixel 2 XL with latest android version and I have reinstalled the app many times but it still doesn t work at all I have sent feedback to the app developers many times but no response and the app haven t been fixed I am not sure if the app is not compatible with current or future updates from Android However I like the web version and I visit it regularly     Abel Griffen

The content is great but the app is sort of buggy Couple of bugs I noticed are sometimes downloading content freezes at a random point and cannot resume regardless of restarting the app while I watch the video I switch to another app then come back and resume the video I hear two streams of audio One continues from the spot I left it at the next starts from the beginning I hope those bugs gets resolved Other than that it s a great app             Suthan Bala

This app is not at all working It is taking to web browser and not recognizing mail ID when we use for forgot login ID and password It was working well last year registration but this year registration is pathetic It works only on company URL web page not as App     Shashi kumar

The app works well for the most part and has a lot of potential but on numerous occasions I ve had an issue with the videos playing multiple instances of the same audio when I ve tried seeking to a part before or after where the video was originally playing Closing out of the app will fix this but it s definitely annoying when you re trying to go back to hear something again and then have to start the app all over again killing your momentum             Brandon Parks

Audio messes up and course files aren t available Sometimes when playing different videos the audio will double on top of what is already there but a few seconds off so you ll hear the speaker say everything twice Also the courses mention course materials but there s nowhere in the app to retrieve these materials     Melissa Rideough

I have had the iOS version pc version and android version of this app and to my experience the android app works best The layout of the app is smooth and simple It s awesome to be able to downloads so many videos to watch offline I got a subscription through college graphic design related and I m so grateful They have such a wide variety of subjects and skills including life skills                     Yin BoMaCl.

Your android application on my honor play is showing cropped videos when I play them in landscape mode How do I know they re cropped you ask Well I was laptop to view your content on website when I wanted to use my laptop to work and watch the SAME video on my android So I came to know about the cropped thing Also your website has a irritating bug where the video time bar doesn t automatically closes itself after some given period of time I have to manually force move the cursor mouse to make it automatically close This is irritating This happens on autoplay as well Fix these two issues ASAP     A Google user

Watching videos through the app is fine But my login information isn t saved so i have to manually sign in every time signing in through library the sign in process has a tendency of hanging up and taking over a minute to complete and then the overall app experience is fairly buggy I never did get any videos to download which was the main reason I wanted the mobile app in the first place Uninstalled i really hope Lynda gets their act together with all of their apps         Jamie Rasmussen

An app with potential but very buggy I use this app on the subway to study Downloaded videos will stall when going to the next in a sequence or if you try to move backwards or forwards If you select to take an exam the app will crash I m still using it because it s a free resource from my job but it s definitely needs improvement             Kitune D
