Highway robbery I am retired nurse of 20 years Literally a 5 minute video conference with a doctor in between his regularly scheduled patients was 150 That translates to 1800 hour The app does not mention additional charges from the office Only the 49 per call charge all charges listed upfront Even the doctor I spoke with stated it was a 1 time charge of 49 only I double checked with him before moving on to my problem an infection in which I needed antibiotics I had already been to my regular doctor and finished one course of antibiotics A 2nd course was needed but my doc was on vacation Now the office in question is billing me for an additional 101 stating that is their normal charge for a 5 minute consultation 150 49 u003d 101 This is not an acceptable nor economical use of telemedicine Will never use Now Clinic nor Southwest Medical Las Vegas NV again Husband is a 30 year truck driver We travel often due to the nature of his work Making it home for scheduled doctor s visits can be difficult There is a huge need for affordable reasonable easy to use telemedicine services in this highly mobile remote working age we live in today     Sierra Sugar
