I m extremely happy with the service and how easy it is to navigate and do what I need to do within the app The updates are reasonable as well without suddenly interrupting the flow of how it works I can easily keep up with things However if we could stop coming up on those errors where it can t recognize my fingerprint for no reason or I m forced to sign in using my username and password for the day that d be great I prefer fingerprinting for it s convenience             Druidae D.

It is extremely user friendly and easy to navigate I love how easily I can see what I owe and when my payments are scheduled so I never have any surprises on that note I LOVE how I can schedule payments so I ll never miss one It gives me great peace of mind There are a lot of features to love about this app but they keep it simple enough that it remains easy to navigate                     Amanda Broome

This is a great app it s easy to navigate and understand I have it on my Galaxy S10 and though the phone stinks the app gives me no problems I love that I can schedule payments easily view my balances on my card and loan and that I can check my credit score Discover has great customer service reps so no complaints                     rrodzman

Great app to have just wished that it could show all of the 2 and 1 cash back on every transaction Sometime get error messages stating to try payment at a later time It s a little frustrating to keep having to come back to app just to pay off your balance or make a payment to the account when using the app Otherwise great app easy to manage If these two matters are fixed enhanced I will then give it a total of 5 stars             Judine J

Something has happened to this app It grants me access once in a blue moon Credentials work fine on their online site but the app decides that I will be able to access it when the app feels like it What s the worse is that after numerous calls and messages to Discover staff NO ONE helped me Not one person I ve been experiencing this problem for months now I will be closing my account with Discover because of this     User Friendly

The redesigned login broke fingerprint login I turn it on and it turns it s self back off every time The development team keeps changing this app Not for the better Fingerprint login is now broken Screen shot is disabled I know their trying to play by the rules but using this app is a hassle compared to other credit card apps If I could I d just roll this app back about 3 4 years ago back when it did everything I wanted it to without the hassle     David Watson

Very helpful easy to use Instant alerts I had to take out a cash advance at an ATM and a local convenience store was the only near by one that I could do so The moment the transaction was complete the App sent me a notification asking if it was me Having been the victim of ID and having Chase do NOTHING about it being forced to file bankprutcy yeah this app is awesome this could have saved me years of headaches and legal issues                     Rachel Leigh

App no longer accepts fingerprints on Galaxy 10 plus When it finally accepts passwords which only happens intermittently it loops into a routine without enabling fingerprints The overall Interface is sometimes obscure And there is only minimal help online Would deserve 0 stars if the scale went down that far Once was a good app Hardly worth using now Given the large number of negative reviews I am shocked that nothing has been fixed Seems like it s time for an update     Michael Kamil

The only thing I would like Discover to look into for one of their banking features is to have Zelle Yes they do have check deposits which take a couple days to clear or transfer to a bank to them which take 3 4 days The only how money is receive instantly is by wire which costs a fee from the other bank It will be great if added UPDATE Discover has partnered with Zelle it hasn t launched yet hopefully by the next app update A lot of customers has been calling about it Thanks Discover                     Christine Phillips
