When I first installed this app I thought it was a great app Sometime later I realised that my contacts abroad weren t answering my calls because my calls were displayed as anonymous on their phones I contacted Customer Support It took a long time for them to understand what I was asking them to do but they eventually changed it and I was happy Now I have a new phone and the problem has arisen again So far I can t get them to understand the problem When I ve used up my credit I m off             Paulinus Thompson

So far ok But its worth noting that the only way Talk360 works out to be cheaper for International calls is to make your calls whilst using WIFI If international calls are made whilst on 4G your service provider will charge you International call rates As long as new users are aware of this then ok             Mark Emery

I ve used this to call lots of places within and outside of Europe and it s incredible value and excellent call quality I would recommend as an add on to any network package Buying minutes using regular deals makes it even better value                     David Williams

Tried to call internationally with no success the message I received was The number you re trying to call is busy Please try again later This was not true I contacted support who said make sure tour internet is working and the number is correct they were in fact I tried it again using a competitor s app without any problems at all Looking forward ro my refund     Robin Clark
