I have been having issues a whole lot lately and customer service had not been real helpful Slows me down amd makes me run behind because I have to delete and reinstall the app often             Raven Mullins

Wouldn t use it if i could help it but it s what my company uses so I have to bear with it if you are thinking of using this for your team company business DON T There are endless technical issues and its just so frustrating to use logs users out randomly problems booking appointments you have to close the whole app and reopen it again to book any new appointment and even then it doesnt always work problems editing unavailabilities random overlaps i could go on forever     Samantha Tan

Awful Worst software I have ever had the displeasure to use Horribly slow and prone to failure You cant refresh the page it just gives you a failure token You cant have two pages open at once or the pages crash Also has a tendency to send error messages saying you have multiple tabs open even when you don t and then no changes can be made At least in this case the notification tells you your changes wont be saved Other times the software just quietly doesnt save Its almost unusable     Baylee Allen

Long story short I hate this system My boss switched to this for our salon booking and retail checkout and everyone has issues all the time From the card reader being unable to read credit cards to transactions loading and never finishing it s ridiculous Half the time our text reminders to clients never send and there isn t an option to manually send Also service checkout is not user friendly and there are many steps before you can checkout It has too many problems to mention     amanda h

My boss wants to use this app so I have to Text message alerts to let me know that someone booked with me on a day and time great as it should be I dont like getting text messages telling me I have an appointment with no name being that everyone has to fill out a profile Also I dont like like getting texts saying someone cancelled or rescheduled with absolutely NO information I want to know WHO cancelled at what day and time when and if they rescheduled for what day and time         IanShoeShine Gerald

I absolutely love this app as a stylist because my clients can actually go on The app and book their own appointments To avoid confusion we on our end can set time limits for services so that there are no double bookings Plus the bookings are in real time so you and the customer are able to see appointments made It s a really self explanatory app really easy to use                     Christina Colquitt-Simon

Restricted on Android I use the Mind Body Business app on both Apple and Android devices for work The app for Android is restricted in comparison It seems that it does not allow the option to add new clients I have to get on an actual desktop to input NEW client information before I am able to book them on my app which is inconvenient while on the go The Android app does not show if a client has requested a specific stylist barber whereas Apple and desktop versions do Please update         Tabitha Leathers

Love this app it s very easy to use and switch between mobile and desktop only things I d suggest are adding a clock in out function in the mobile schedule screen and perhaps creating a home screen widget to view the schedule in list day week format without having to go into the app Thanks again great app                     Colby Johnson

This app is AWFUL It crashes constantly When you pull people up to check when they re next appointment is scheduled 90 of the time is says they don t have one So you have to actually go online to find their appointment day and time The check out page is also not very user friendly For 125 a month all the glitches and blacked out functions are BS Only reason i haven t switched to Vagaro yet is it s such a HUGE PAIN to change computer systems and I m just a one man show Mindbody sucks     Myrtle B

Constant issues I call tech support and they take an outrageous amount of time to pretend to fix anything if at all They charge clients once their account is closed We closed our business account so we no longer have any bank associated with the business They continued to charge clients then blamed us The app itself also rarely worked properly I do not recommend MindBody Business It wasnt just one bad experience or just app issues Like I said in the review constant multiple issues     Alicia Segal
