The AFN Pacific is now available as a free download on Google Play for Android owners. The application is designed for use in English language. It weighs in at only 10MB to download. The new AFN Pacific app version Varieswithdevice has been updated on 2014-11-18. The Apple Store includes a very useful feature that will check if your device and iOS version are both compatible with the app. Most iPhone and iPad are compatible. Anything I put in for my location in Japan says it is not supported The only info that works is Fort Meade which is the default that shows when downloaded This app is useless to me without being able to actually use my location in the PACIFIC     Jes Molina

While some of the information provided by this app is helpful the weather screen seems to be locked in to Ft Meade UPDATE 12 13 16 Thank you for making local weather available on this app I ll give you another star Now how about making the app rotateable to landscape And allow the TV schedule to be pinch zoomed for those of with less than perfect vision Thanks                 Not as useful as it could be Ken Holcomb

It was great until a few months ago then the TV guide feature just stopped being displayed I live in the Philippines and use AFN Korea I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled to no avail It is also not displaying on my tablet I have even turned off the location Oh well         AFN Pacific Robert Adams

This app is the slowest app on my phone I can google the information twice before the the app even opens The Traffic page is just a link to google maps with traffic which does not show traffic on base even though there are traffic monitoring sensors on base     Slowest app on my phone Paul Norman
