Kindly add or rectify the following 1 All the fields should be fully editable so that like in case the source of birth date is not reliable then we can manually enter age or if the approach or incision is a bit different then we can manually enter it 2 Photos can t be inserted from gallery We have to open the app and take photos from there And photos don t appear in exported pdf files 3 Kindly add a column for diagnosis 4 Option to export file as word file 5 Export multiple files as pdf in one go                     Awesome App Kaushal Deep

Helpful app Once data has been synced it s very difficult to retrieve old data and to add extra photos or follow up notes Very slow and gets hung during the synced data search It would be better if users are allowed to select their modality of viewing summaries Please provide option to save data in MS Excel format                 Fairly good enough Nikku Mathew
