I have booked ticket by seeing the probablity of confirmation 95 on 27 09 2019 but on the day of boarding my ticket wasn t confirm It stops on waiting list 3 4 Don t even come in RAC also Very dissappointing experience Totally undigestive experience of mine with this app     Velmani Adidravidar

It was an excellent app before this update rolled out Earlier it used to show me numerous amount of bus options from my locality but after the update all i could see is only one smart bus and i couldn t see any normal buses at all Its like either take this bus or close the app Wish i could have all those options like before Thanks in advance         Karthick Kumar

Very inaccurate in prediction specially the not on the train feature as of 55 mins ago thats what i had the experience today as well 139 dsnt pick the calls nd they dnt update so go to the station nd wait if thats what is to be done then better dnt invent stupid apps as such Still will give it a last try nd den uninstall     Soham Kumar

Seat was available so i booked 2 rail ticket but after sometime it was fully cancelled Tried second time but again faced the same issue I found your app is absolutely insufficient to book tickets so i suggest you to sell chana instead of tickets     Vishal Shaw

This app provides absurd updates I was to travel on Mumbai Jaipur Express and the train was delayed by 3 hours The app showed that the train already left station which made me panic Never will use this again     vipin jose

Most inaccurate in prediction of train time in advance I am writing this review after using it for 3 months Does not give updates of train position even for an hour or so It accurately gives arrival and departures only a few minutes or a few tens of minutes after the train has left the station which is useless It is infested with useless ads Dont go for this app you may miss your tain The app where is my train is much better than this     Gangadhar Kalyane

This app is not trust worthy I thought it would be more accurate and fast update than NTES But it s not It shows wrong status Train 22981 was standing at SAS whereas it was showing standing at BNLW Can t take risk It would lead to miss your trains Better to have NTES Developer replied to use GPS for more accurate results It s ok when we are in train but train status is fetched by those who are not in train and want to know the status either to receive some one or to drop someone     Shree Ram Yadav

I actually don t want to give even a single star to them but just because of Google Play policies I have to Booked a ticket by this application they took 40 minutes to give the booking confirmation u0026 after that 40 minutes i got a notification from them that my booking is got cancelled without giving any reason after that as chart was prepared i was not able to book the ticket from anywhere else Customer care service is too bad they have no manner of customer relations     Vikas Pandey
