I purchased a package that included the physical scale and instructions for downloading the app The app is typical of what one would expect these days intrusive meaning it requires access to things it should not need in my opinion such as pictures and such After downloading the app and accepting these ridiculous requests I tried to get the scales to work with my device The scales always stated overload meaning too much weight even though nothing was on them The software would not recognize or interface with the scales After several attempts and checking online I decided it was not worth it I considered the product a defect and threw away Attempts to uninstall the software required me to go through the settings of the device not through Google play which was how it was installed So I bought a defective product installed defective and intrusive software and had a difficult time uninstalling it My advice stay away from this product     Patrick Taylor

Pantry needs to work accross apps having three different apps vitamix baking and drinks while needing to maintain sepetate pantries for all is very frustrating please incorporate all these apps together into a single app or make the pantry update accross apps                 Jonathan Doyle

The app functionality is fantastic I love how you can watch the glass on your device full up as you pour The only thing I would like to see is an updated look It looks heavy like the old Android style Maybe update it to look more material themed Either way the app is very fun and produces great drinks                     Joey Moisica

I have the scale with this program The real time pouring is great The NEE interface is GREAT The cable for the scale should not be integrated It s thin and should be replaceable just in case UPDATE The new add ingredients and GUI is great One thing keeps this from 5 stars The clear cabinet button is too easy to press How about a way to 1 Save your cabinet and 2 ability to save more than one cabinet I use this in a few places so would make it very efficient                 Glen Picadash

The recent changes in the app have been awful It already had a goofy UI and then they went and made it so much worse Then to top it off the app has gotten incredibly janky with frequent long periods of unresponsiveness Not cool Smells like they might be using some awful javascript based cross platform app framework Ugh         Jens Knutson

The accuracy of the scale and the ability for the software paired with the scale to build drinks is incredible However the biggest drawback is the drink library in the software It is limited common drinks like Hurricanes and Pearl Harbors are not listed they must be entered manually and saved Liquor has to be entered generically You can t type in Jack Daniels you must type in whiskey Lastly the interface is not intuitive very clumsy The app has tremendous potential and I hope it will improve         Scale is great but drink library is insufficient Michael Silva
