Card bookings don t work ehy the hell would i use this if that bit doesnt work in beginning to think they dont take card because booki g with a card on their website just takes you to a login page with no option to register     Paddy Maxson

I just tried to make a booking and it came up with an error message and to phone them instead The only reason I wanted the app was to avoid phoning     Jacqueline Etchells

Looks good but ultimately useless Booked taxi 6 hours in advance then when the taxi was 5 mins late the app cancelled the booking Phoned up no taxis and was advised to book over the phone as the app can t tell if there are taxis available     Fiona Larkin

Brilliant app but since I got a new phone will not let me install the app keeps saying this device is blacklisted have phone abba a few times they said they would look into it but no response after two weeks very disappointed as I use to use the app a lot hope they see this msg and help sort it lost without it     Brian Gleave

Used app to book the taxi to catch the train I had booked in advance when taxi didn t arrive 5 min past the booked time after ringing and ringing eventually got though to be told going to be another 30 min now have missed my train useless company     A Google user

Absolute Disgrace Leave well alone Unreliable unproffesional rude liars half the time they dont book you in resulting in no taxi This firm is also Harrys Taxis and the treatment is still the same The people on the base laugh at you when you ring ro complain Trading standards should check this firm and its employees out They are deffinately not what they make themselves out to be also they over charge you If you pay by card you have to tell the driver your card details inc security code     Sue Hughes

For booking an Abbacar or Harry s Taxi it is brilliant The track the taxi needs a wee bit of work but otherwise has always been brilliant One warning though you may be on the lookout for an ABBAcar but they also send Harry s Taxi as well so keep an eye out It s probably for you                     Kenny Roche

Shocking app and company couldn t get through on the phone so used the app to book Booking went through no problem but after waiting 10 mins past pickup time I looked at the app and they had cancelled my booking without even letting me know I was then late for the concert we were going to thus missing the start Poor company     Jonny Barlow

After seeing the queue in town and deciding I wasn t waiting that long I then tried to ring for a taxi and couldn t get through went through the app and within 5 minutes had a taxi come to me and know exactly where I wanted to go with a via already logged amazing app                     A Google user

I use ABBA to get to an out of the way part of Warrington and they have never let me down I even booked a cab on mad Friday before Xmas with fifteen minutes notice and they turned up Thanks ABBA                     Don t understand the hate Bruce Humphrey

Absolutely disgraceful company Have booked numerous times via the app and each time comes back 15 mins later as cancelled or they turn up 2 hours late when I have phoned the office apparently they have sent an email saying they are busy which is rubbish as no email received Do not book with them use another company     Do not book A Google user
