Great app I miss the Dutch language If you need help with this language I can support you So let me know I also miss the possibility to synchronice agenda appointments and task in the app That would be nice because now you have to put it first in this app and than put it in my calender But than I cannot use the different agenda s to put it in So I have to write it twice That is a lot of writing if you want to keep the googel agenda as well Also the task out of google or wunderlist would be nice to synchronice But overall I like you re app very much The best app I ever seen with Eisenhower Thanks for all the effort you ve put into this app so that we all can use it Very nice                     K.J. Seems like a good app with lots of relevant feature but would have preferred a one off reasonably priced payment to remove ads so uninstalled             Gary Hughes

I really like this app but would like to ask if there is a way to drag and drop between quadrants it s tedious to have to use pull down menus and select to move too many steps Also it is a pain to have to hit return so often when entering tasks just return enter would be better But other than this I ve tried several different matrix to do apps and this is the best hands down I have been missing having a desktop or web version until now but just got a Chromebook too                 lisa alway

I just read The 7 Habits and this app is a start at capturing the 4th generation tool described in Habit 3 I liked having a place for my mission statement and roles goals However I uninstalled the app because it was complicated and time consuming to transfer my goals from the roles area to the calendar I envision a better interface as the goals appearing as boxes on a weekly calendar screen The goals could be scheduled by dragging and dropping them into appropriate spaces on the calendar             Jess Gong

This app is really cool with an awsome design and format The only thing that s stopping me from using it is that it doesn t have a desktop website version I like to have a version I can use on my laptops to go along with the app so I can type faster Do you guys plan on doing that in the future It would be awsome                 Hayley Von Normann

well anyways the developer has not responded it doesn t matter anymore i have stopped using this app anyways for what its worth the app functionalities are ok and but one major problem i faced was when i was unable to delete some items once set i dont remember where i am also disappointed to face sync issue in android one it works fine in another device i gave it three stars because i did use it for a few months and did like some of its features but app is really badly clunky             Raj -

I love this app I ve tried an insane number of apps and I end up uninstalling them all and always return to this one This app has the best customization IMO for efficient goal and project management My only gripe is the default view The reason I tend to look for other simpler apps is because I want to open my task list and see all my tasks at a glance Could you possibly allow the First Things First to be a default view Also there is too much white space between the menu options and the current day task list Possibly decrease the white space so that the user can see more of the current day task list These changes would really add to the efficiency of using this app                 Priscilla Filocco

This is a great app and is so helpful for aligning my day to day activities with higher goals If possible I would like the option to remove the ads I m actually looking all around in the app to send money to get rid of the ads but no dice If steady income is the goal maybe a subscription model for those who want the ad free version                 Jason McDowell

I really like the concept behind this app It tries to combine a Mission statement and roles goals with an Eisenhower Matrix with a task planner with a weekly planner with a note taker with the Pomodoro technique But that s a LOT to put into one mobile app It needs very careful user interface design to make all that work together smoothly Unfortunately the overall design isn t up to the task It does not flow Even an experienced User eXperience Designer would struggle with making all that work together and likely end up recommend focusing on doing one concept really well or perhaps carefully combining two             Greg Peek

I spent 20 minutes trying to figure out how this app worked No tutorial starter guide or even any help articles were provided and the developer has obviously gone to a lot of trouble to make this an in depth feature rich app Without out guidance however it is VERY difficult to navigate I couldn t make heads or tails of it Definitely not as straight forward as Eisenhower s traditional Decision Matrix     Bree Jones

I see a huge potential and bright future for this app Once some of the bugs are fixed and widget customazation added it would be without a doubt one of the top productivity apps I must thou report a bug once an action is created with a reminder and then deleted reminder still launches at the specified time The bug still persists with the update Plus it would be nice for user to select color for each quadrant individually not using preset template                 A Google user

This is the holy grail app of getting things done The app is full of features like marking things urgent important pomodoro checklists project actions and associated goals etc You can read about others mentioning about the features that takes inspiration from 7 habits of highly effective people I use the reminder feature a lot The only thing glitch I noticed is when I use the remind me option by default it shows Today 9 o clock when I am creating the reminder at 12 o clock All w o ads                     Raja Ravi Varma A R

They are some missed features Reports the app hasn t report system so you don t understand how much archive today Tomorrow this and etc Pomodoro pomodoro timer hasn t related to any goal so it just a timer they are a lot of cool pomodoro app no need to use this                 A Google user
