Perfect Easy Calculate ANY of the 4 main variables if the other 3 are known Monthly payment Interest rate Term Loan amount Other loan calculators just solve for monthly payment unless you want to start getting into Net Present Value and other sophisticated calculations But this app allows me to answer the client s question what s the maximum loan amount I qualify for based on my income and of course you have the other calculations as well Like I said Perfect Easy                     Real estate agent Rich DiBiase
