It has been made impossible to use for just on demand use There used to be a set of options for syncing such as to sync only on app open but those were inexplicably removed without warning in the last look and feel update And even the Log out button is non functional simply does nothing The only way to prevent background sync that I can find is to uninstall         Adam Almog

Unfortunately this app is virtually unusable Syncing takes forever hours sometimes just to update the list of files and this happens every single time the app opens During that time it s not possible to upload or download specific files     Tim Hoffmann
