Latest update after 1 year has fixed the awful lag esp making masked calls and opening saved accounts Unfortunately it usually takes more than one email to support to receive a response I m having to look for alternative to masked phone that will provide an actual DISCONNECT tone Blur only silences a blocked call but allows the scammer to keep calling since they hear a ringing tone                 Private Private

Blur is a fantastic product that I am happy to recommend to anyone and everyone Blur has received some big updates to both the mobile app and the desktop experience so far in 2019 The May update has dramatically improved the speed and functionality of the app There are a handful of places where the app has trouble working as intended but a far leap from where it was at prior to this update It would be nice to get more frequent updates and domain changing for masked emails on mobile too                 Nate Tepper

Serious privacy risk but also beneficial I still use it but only in a limited way now due to hidden privacy risks they ve inflicted on users Also don t trust the Developer who doesn t seem to care about users when dealing with such concerns like the security breach to their Password Manager which I only learned of elsewhere after dealing with the serious risks I was exposed to while using their email masking which reveals your identity if a cc or bcc is in your reply I discovered this after learning they accidentally placed a Blur banner ad in their masked email replies as well which wasn t disclosed to users either They first tried to blame these problems on my usage and only admitted to them after I forced the issue although it s hard to believe they weren t aware of these issues already It was a battle to simply get them to add the cc issue to their FAQs and they refused to notify existing users of the issue Makes me wonder if there aren t other security risks that they re hiding I m now staying away from trying their DeleteMe App which requires even greater trust with my private information             Jonathan McQ

good password manager not quite LastPass or Roboform quality or features a bit buggy at times but works for logins on PC much better than on Android no app login fill capability or browser fill either on Android there is no keyboard addon so there is nothing i can provide permission to use for fill ins             John W Bond

Emailed the developer regarding a logical suggestion for a future update and was informed no immediate plans were available to implement the feature Why not Because development of the app has ceased last release coming a year ago UPDATE the day after I posted this review they updated the app performance improvements One calendar year and not one new feature or UI improvement for a service that cost 100 a year and looks like it came from the and AOL internet disc days         A Google user

synchronizing accounts is very buggy accounts has no sort feature accounts shows duplicate entries for some and doesnt even show other entries Removing app and requesting refund not worth the 40 for the pro license to get my accounts to sync with the app     Gregory Hutchinson

I bought this because I want to migrate from Lastpass All in all this is a solid purchase The one use credit card feature is awesome Secure and bulletproof Downsides it hiccups if you use more than one login at a site And the password function as a whole needs polish and speed Good ideas needs better implementation The updates constantly roll out almost weekly I m very satisfied to this point I am a miserly SOB but I am not regretting one dime of my purchase Thanks                 Peter G White

I have been using Blur for a few years now and the more I use it the more I like it It makes using different strong passwords for each site possible I use the paid version and in the past I have had some problems with the credit card function but now it s working fine I am grateful that there is a Blur available at a VERY reasonable cost to help keep me safe behind good passwords and to keep my email phone number and credit cards private Thank you and keep up the good work                     Maryann Armbruster

I wanted to like this app and service but it is very frustrating to use and there is a large learning curve I tried out a few functions including masking the credit card and email address and phone number Of course I also used it to have it learn my passwords and fill in forms for me It seemed that if I didn t have the app actively on it failed to fill in my passwords and user name or email info Every time I wanted to enter a site I would wait for blur to activate It was slow or didn t work at all until I opened up the app It seemed to do better on my computer but within apps not so much I paid for premium service but I was charged a lesser amount for some reason No problem with that For now I m just going to disable it and go with a different service It s a great idea and once they work out a few more bugs I may be back             R D

I use blur every day and love the concept and find it wonderful with an important exception The desktop app for Chrome and Firefox has been upgraded to version 8 and even the iPhone app has received fairly frequent updates but the Android app hasn t been updated in almost a year and it shows I find it much slower u0026 buggier than the desktop app which I love It also frequently doesn t recognize banking apps and some others forcing me to recreate a password all over again for the same bank                 ducato il grande

It s slow because it holds all the accounts in memory At first I thought it was my 3 three old phone But after buying a new one I saw some improvement but still the accounts listing is bogged down This issue has been around now for yesrs and years and they re ignoring so I suggest not to park your data here         ANDREW PEARCE

It is a little disingenuous to have this available in the Australian play store as the phone and card services are not available and that information is not easy find before you pay for premium service so really you pay too much for an average password manager     Benny BSquare

Would absolutely give a 5 star review if the masked CC would work for me it s primary reason I purchased membership u0026 it s never worked my CC never shows the test auth well it did once the test auth shows up 12 hrs after I attempted verification u0026 afterwards the feature had locked me out so that s not at all convenient considering my billing addy u0026 CC is easiest verify i could imagine investigating Do you have fraud analysts do manual reviews No hire me ecomm FA electronic delivery         A Google user

All in all pretty good app It is a bit rough in some places like getting it to bring up your usernames and passwords quickly but I don t know if it s the apps fault or all my browser settings being on lockdown                 Josh Weathers
