I tried to use the mobile banking option to put a 10 dollar check into my account I go through the motions photo both sides carefully type in the ammount review it all to make sure it s right and now it s trying to put 11 000 into my account Yikes calling tech support first thing in the morning and i m never using this option again otherwise it s convenient enough         Index Imaginings

completely useless there is no info and no way to make payments on my loan My password worked once now it gives me an invalid message and the forgot password button has not sent me a code to fix it 3 hours and 6 attempts later i still cannot log into my account The phone help employees have all been rude and no help at all awful bank awful app awful website     Nicholas Colasacco

I have this app and it sucks It makes me ALWAYS change my password It shows me incorrect balances Oh i had to get a new card now i cant buy anything online because the app has my OLD CCN so the app wont show my new balance or let me use mt card unless i go straight to the bank and pull it out Completely useless I called customer service they told me to uninstall the app and re dowload it too get my new card number on there it didnt work Still the old CCN     Joelynn Laursen

I like this new app Community is using They have been searching for quite a while to find a developer and app style that works best for its customer base hence the rapid changing in functions and styles I love the bank itself and the staff Will definitely hang in there with them while they keep searching and improving missteps and all I m rooting for them                 A Google user

i wish i could rate this negative 5 stars the app buffers times out doesnt let you in and mess up constantly if you havent chosen a bank yet and youre using apps as a way to decide DO NOT USE COMMUNITY BANK when you go to look at your balance youre constantly juggling 3 different options because the app doesnt know how to label anything please choose a different bank     uhh idk
