I thought with this app I could transfer all my music and playlists from iTunes to my new Huawei After waiting a day for my whole library to sync I noticed that the playlists l weren t synced and that the songs I already had on my phone were duplicated I should have read the ratings and comments better before wasting my money     Flo Christen

Mac user here this works perfectly for me after trying for ages looking for ways to sync my iTunes playlists with my Android phone this works ever so perfectly Its not plug and play you will need to change some settings here in your iTunes to make things work google search any issues when you get it up and running its perfect A little note for album artwork as a rule being a multi platform person I always add the artwork myself manually rather than have iTunes download it this way no matter where you move your audio to your artwork stays with it Super                     Olukunle Adegbite

While this is a nice way to have new songs instantly transfer to your phone it is too slow to use with an entire library and will freeze if you try to sync over 400 songs Also it is unable to sync playlists from your iTunes library you will have to remake playlists on your phone         Mike Franke

I have tried 3 times installing the Mac version of the app and every time it goes to NOT RESPONDING for a long time and when it comes back to operation mode it does NOT do the job that it supposes to do Crappy app Now I am using iSyncr and it is perfect It just a 2MB app light weighted app on Mac It also does playcounts syncing which is great highly recommended iSyncr     Don t waste money on this app Shobeir Asayesh

Syncing should mean that my phone reflects the contents of my iTunes library so when I update track metadata the tracks are updated in my phone too and previous versions are removed this is how iPods work But your worse than stupid app simply adds the new track versions on top of old ones Now the library on my phone is a mess This is exactly what I wanted to avoid when buying this app it s useless and missold     Rubbish how can you call this syncing A Google user

Why do I have up to four copies of the same song on my phone For whatever reason you get many duplicates of songs which you hear again and again when listening to an album playlist in doubletwist I pushed everything in my iTunes library up to the cloud and use Amazon Music Way happier     All wrong Andy Davis

I just wanted an app that would let me sync my itunes playlists to my android This app does work but synching is so slow MacBook Pro to Nexus 5 that it s almost impractical There does not seem to be a reason either Please just let me get music on my phone and not have it take 8 hours to do so It s as long as if my the app is actually listening to every song before it send the file over         Too Slow Rob Andras

I really love that these guys are from Austin and are trying to take on Crapple extra star just for that but air sync is just really flaky Everytime I sync i never know if songs will be synced to my device or if they are whether their album art will make the trip with them or if they ll show up on the device but not play It s just totally random I could sync a dozen times and get a dozen different outcomes             Augie Seaman

I got this app to stream movies to my Xbox 360 from my phone and when I first got it the app did a pretty good job of that The movies only became choppy or out of sync if I was downloading while trying to stream BUT now the movies and shows I try to stream are always choppy It takes an hour to watch a 30 min show I don t have this problem when I watch them on my phone They only become unwatchable when I stream them to the Xbox 360 and try to watch then on my TV Please fix this             This used to be my favorite app april martini

When I very first purchased this app I thought it was great however it s far from what it seems First when syncing videos from my computer there is no way of selecting the individual movies I want to put on my phone Second after selecting my music that I want I ll go to work and when I come back home bam it automatically syncs to my computer erasing everything I put on it Or let s say I want to add just a video after syncing my music you can t do it It erases everything then adds whatever Not good     Please reply Josh

This app is simply broken Setting it up was tedious had to enter phone s IP address The Mac app did find the phone after that but when you hit sync it stops before transferring anything Easier to just move music manually without doublesync     Derrick C

Downloaded Doubletwist on my HTC 1 M8 and on my iMac attempting to sync my iTunes playlists and music Since the phone does not support mass USB storage I paid for AirSync as recommended The app launches playlists are pulled in and phone and iMac are joined Selecting the playlists to sync and starting the process seems to work unfortunately on completion they are not shown on the doubletwist app Conclusion is that the app does not work and I ve wasted the money on the airsync functionality     ITunes doubletwist AirSync R De

Initially I was disappointed that my HTC One was incompatible with the doubletwist USB hookup forcing me to purchase AirSync The initial setup is overly difficult I consider myself to be techy yet it took days of resetting and reconnecting this app to enable a smooth integration Now that it s functioning it s pretty awesome             Functional but tedious setup Devin Hagan
