Great app but it would be great if it allowed users to set the A C s fan scheduler ON AUTO on the app itself This feature is available on the website but is missing from the app             Guio

Good app let s you control your alarm from anywhere and send updates to you for unusual activities One feature the app would benefit from would be the option to be able to create a schedule for the doorbell motion sensor recording you have to manually turn off the camera when you don t want it to record We live near a busy road so the camera is constantly recording which is using up our upload limit for the month very quickly             Charlotte Maguire

App works decent but camera shuts off every week or so an will not turn on no matter what we do Service guy was supposed to have fixed it still acting up occasionally comes on when it feels like but its off again for the 8th time or so in the last 3 months Will continue to pay for the service only because they d just charge us the years worth in a lump sum least this way its only 25 month not impressed or satisfied wouldnt reccomend if you havent already bought into the scam         Ryan Blackwell

What happened to this app It used to work fine and most features still work fine however there s a problem with saved videos in the last couple of months They show only 2 frames The first frame and a frame in the 6th second of the video that s it When I log in to the browser I can watch the video no problem But that s pointless for me I need it in the app I ll update review once this is solved Thanks     Soner Koca

Add the widget that lets me know the current status of the alarm system It is present on the app tour as an image showing what the app should look like It is absent on the app That is annoying The app works BTW So people reading this review don t let the number of stars keep you from using the app Edit replying to the developer s comment I have access to the alarm system I can arm and disarm it through the app at least I just don t have the widgets shown on the app tour             Gabe K

The basic package is fine but without the rest you can t do much Don t try calling customer service You will get hung up on Then you will get an answering machine I m frustrated so perhaps read others and they may be a bit more fair I have not had much luck since my alarm company was sold Problems after problems         Joleen

There s no button in the app website to trigger the alarm in case of an emergency for example a break in If you don t get the shock sensors but you can hear someone trying to break down your door you d have to wait for the door to be opened for the system to go off But if a door is mostly glass u0026 a burglar can break it to get in without opening the door the normal sensor on the door would be useless Same w windows You need shock sensors to detect vibrations ex glass breaking                 Angelica Cervantes

This app worked great on my iPhone I just got a Samsung A50 and the app does not work on this phone I called support and they couldn t find anything wrong I checked my settings and permissions and everything is fine The inky thing that displays now is the weather         Jason Merry

My garage sensor is messed up and the app told me that it was closed while the garage was not completely closed and gone back up The app should be able to detect if the garage was actually closed Also this app s name is Alarm but I think it will be awesome if I and others can set up wake up alarms on the same place and automatic disarm when it s time to wake up Thanks             Mezuki Nguyen

Keeps spinning amd wont allow arming or not arming 2 days of nonstop issues over multiple phones In addition to this the app often spins and wont allow fingerprint or does bot recognize fingerprint The app previously did not have responsiveness issues We also did contact thr alarm company and they had us reboot our panel Still sering lagging of arming and lagging of the app             Crystal Mendoza

Awesome app Simple to use and a lot of features I control my alarm lights thermostat door locks I can also change the emergency contact of my central station from the app And also control multiple locations with the same account It s amazing                     Diego Reyes

I would have given this app a 5 star however lately all of a sudden at the top of the app when open shows a triangle and states Malfunction Samsung with some numbers how do I fix this it should be an easy fix but no it hasn t been help Plus no such thing as to clear history shows everything for days                 Pamela

It does what you need it to do i have encountered issues with an update that were remedied several days after the update went live occaisionally when signal is not completely solid the app hangs when arming or disarming from the app often it does the arm or disarm but does not update in the app appropriately support team did reach out to me after my previous issues with their updates                 Kris Kembel

The app itself works fine but there is one major problem in the way the alarm company designed it to work with the alarm system When arming the system with this app it doesn t give you an entry delay I have 8 alarm activations and all of were because someone forgot to open this app and disable the system This app is needs an entry exit delay option I can not recommend Titanium or this app until it gets a delay option     Fayanite

Android app lacking my wife s iPhone gets videos in our saved folder that have been captured by the cameras After our 2 yrs got out of her crib I couldn t see the video but my wife s iPhone had it and could see it normally we both could see these SEVERAL OTHER GLITCHES BUT NOT ABLE TO VIEW VIDEO IS POOR SECURITY IF YOU ASK     Mark Dunbar

all of a sudden on the data network we are no longer able to see the camera live video everything works fine on Wifi we have 2 LG g7 s with latest software we tried on our Ipad and everything works fine both on Wifi and cell network this suddenly happened a few days ago                     jpbourg

There should be night mode on the app so if you look at night it s not blinding you Black and orange instead of white and orange Also the doorbell should have options to open the garage and turn on a porch light Directly from the doorbell video on the app             Michael Kusiolek

The only issues I ve experienced is it taking a little bit longer to disarm than it did when I first downloaded the app about two years Also sometimes I have to send the command a couple of times before it will take a picture But overall it s a good app                 Jennifer Brooks

why the hell are the widgets like 4x the size needled for a damn button seems OK so far but would be nicer if I could put buttons onto a page instead of the 4 buttons filling up one whole page mindbogglingly dumb edit the widgets on my phone are 2x4 and unsizable FOLLOWUP the devs emailed me and we did some testing it looks like this is an unintended expansion of the widget that occurs on my hwawei p10 it should be 1x1 but for some reason I can only get 2x2                 artless knave
