I ve used this app for years first on Palm OS and on Android OS I ve always gotten first rate service and it is a quality product It s easy to use and provides flexibility in building personal data management tools Worth the purchase price                     J Regan

Literally used this for over 8 years when I switched from the wonderful Palm database program SmartlistsToGo to this for Android It has always worked fine if not as seamless flexible or elegant Syncing between Android and desktop has always been something of a challenge and gets harder every year when a new version of Android comes out Now it won t sync with the desktop at all Android Pie Vendor is no longer responding Works fine on the phone and I copy the databases to Google Drive and then download them to the desktop so I can use the Windows app Not great but it all I have If you only need a phone based app and don t care about support it s fine Otherwise I d look elsewhere My problem is I ve looked and can t find a decent Android Database Windows Database combination that syncs Until I do I will stick with this             Daniel Saroff

I ve used Handbase before going all the way back to Palm and it has always been an excellent DB program However being able to print locally is vital for my work and currently you can only save what is visible on the screen to PDF so there is currently no way to print out your work on the go Workaround you can send to email which comes through as text then copy and paste to Word and print that                 A Google user

only used it for a few weeks and it stopped working all my entries were erased and replaced with the data unknown to me possibly other user s entry I contacted support team twice now to no response Extremely disappointed with lack of support and the quality of the app     Gulia Abidova

Not compatible with large size screens Excellent app but still no support for my google pixel 2 When editing objects in forms the box that says size and location of object doesnt show on screen and Windows forms not compatible with android App is effectively useless now because i cant make forms     Shawn Watchorn

This is a really good basic database tool I like the simplicity and being able to create a db on the fly At first I was disappointed that certain features were not available Then I realized that my need for buying it was very simple and specific As much as I do really like it I m not sure ten bucks is what I would pay if I weren t in immediate need On the other hand I ve spent about as much on other apps I only used once So I suppose it all balances out It truly is the perfect application for creating a simple and quick database Great app developers                 Mel Jones

Used on Palm now Android No isues with data across platforms Developers very responsive and quick to address issues even at holiday periods as occured at New Year Recommended EDIT Development has largely ceased and is unlikely to be further updated Still works but for how long before an Android change trashes it remains to be seen Still 5 star for operation and features but cannot recommend for new starters EDIT Some development work has restarted but from the forums the developer is agonising how to make it viable Back to three stars overall but as before as a tool it is five star             Sean Marshall

I have been using this app since the Palm Pilot days I have a dozen different data bases that I created and use all the time It does everything that I need Now that Brian is actively working on it again it can only get better I have contacted him on a couple of occasions and he is always very friendly and helpful Thank you Brian                     A Google user

Really awful customer support Will not troubleshoot a known bug which makes entry unpredictable deleting and duplicating entries Do NOT trust your work to this useless app Same bug on 3 different types of phones with different versions and with different versions of android Using this app is a waste of time and money     Alex Pritchard

I like the app Simple enough and customizable Although I am having trouble with resizing a field in the list view where the field width won t stay where I am setting it and just goes back to 0 so I can t see the field in the list view Also when I was trying to figure out how to let the programmers know I couldn t find a feedback place in the app or online Please fix these two things Thank you                 Carina L

Have been a user since Palm Pilot days not the Urban Dictionary version Shame it seems to have been left to die a lingering death No updates since 2017 Using it successfully on Huawei P10 with Oreo fingers crossed It s a great shame as I ve dabbled with other Android database apps and none come close Still there seems to be some hope the Apple version has been recently updated Would happily pay for a premium supported version                 Clicker Ticker

9 19 19 2 Stars The developer has chosen to abandon support for Android users due to the majority of their customer base being Apple customers After certain Android updates pushed out to my phone by Verizon throughout 2019 this app started misbehaving Developer is aware of the issue but chooses to ignore it I need a new App 2 25 14 4 Stars I ve been using this for two years Overall I m happy but wish it supported the autonumber fields that are used in Microsoft Access         Spencer Weiland

I m happy to see this app is now being worked on We got an update to fix the font issue on newer phones For a while the iPhone version was getting more attention I ve been using this app a long time and have data all the way back to the Palm Pilot days Not everyone knows what this is or why a database is handy it s been one of my staple apps for years If you keep track of any data buy it For older version I ve use this app for years but it s been abandoned by the developer sadly I ll probably move my data somewhere else now                     Steven Sauder

This really is a powerful app and I recommend it I used to have problems with fonts not displaying at the right size it was irritating but now that problem has been fixed and it s just great                 Geoff Thomas

I have been using hand base since last several years on palm Windows iPods etc the customer service was good and the programme also since I have an android phone and have started using paid for extra add on plus for android but the forms does not open I have filled three forms and sent to customer service with no reply since last two months There is not even paid telephone service                     Ashok Davare

GUYS JUST A SEC AND READ THIS BEFORE UPDATING After updating the app on my Nexus5 on Android 6 01 fixed the height of lines on the List view much bigger no matter how adjusting its font size Now I can only see 2 3 information compared of before updating DDH team please fix it this update has given only frustration to me                     M N
