It is highly advisable to have the latest app version installed so that you don`t miss out on the fresh new features and improvements. The current app version 1.0 has been released on 2014-03-27. I dont see why this app is receiving such high praise This is the second app that i have which has chosen to switch to a web page when performing certain actions In this case card payments The previous app was not that great buy its usability was better Please at least revert to being able to do ALL actions in the app UPDATE Why on earth can I now not make overpayments I have transactions that I know will be present on my card This used to be possible Yet another frustrating thing     Barry H

Payments taken outside of the app which makes the app pointless For the last 3 months after putting in payment details and the code from the bank for security it then says failed But its actually took payment Takes days to update the balance as well Take a look at what Monzo s doing in their app that should give you some inspiration for this one     A C

Well i took out the transfer and purchase credit card which says purchases made within the first 60 days are interest free for 27 months BUT you can t really make purchases for the first week because you don t have the card yet and the app don t allow you to make purchases so thats not nice Not even contactless payments Maybe you could improve on this         aadil sharif

Unable to view statements when you try it logs you out as far as I can see this is the only way to see dd amounts u0026 when the payment will be taken from my bank account I m sure Lloyds know this u0026 are trying to fix surely an easy fix given all the other Lloyds group apps that work         A Google user

absolute rubbish forces you to reset your log in details EVERY single attempt to log in by not recognising the updated details from last time i tried writi g down the log in details in exact detail and hoping it would change next time but it never does This is not due to incorrect input it is simply a lousy app unless you have the patience to reset every single time     Andrew Macfarlane

Awful I used to love this app it was one of the best UK banking apps that existed Since it s supposed upgrade you can t make payments in the app as it diverts you to a web page I can t pay my bill without having to manually input the amount separately and lots of other options have disappeared MBNA you have disappointed me especially as for a few months the app was basically non operational I d much rather you accept this updated app is truely terrible and reinstall the old one         Adam Courage
