Works like a charm I have used this one several phones now and love it every time Have never had any real problems with it FYI when you install the app if puts an icon on your screen This is not the widget though on most phones that button will not do anything You have to put the widget on your screen the same way you install other widgets on your phone Usually a long press on an empty part of the screen will bring up the options to add widgets                     Todd Lemieux

This is what it claims to be A widget to turn on the torch No adds no cost Far easier them dragging diem the notification bar to turn the torch on Only problem as a widget I cannot use it on the lock screen with our a title on the widget the icon sites not line up with the others but that is no biggie                     Robert Sepping

The Flashlight Widget does just what I wanted it to do If I click the icon on the home screen the flashlight turns on without having to open up a separate screen and without displaying any ads Also the icon itself changes color when the flashlight turns on allowing me to know simply by looking at the icon on the screen whether or not the flashlight is on                     Rusty Richards

Watch out This app installed a side app without letting me know The app wouldn t allow me to know if I was getting a call while watching YouTube Verizon tech removed the side app and the problem is resolved Other than that the widget works just fine                     mister smith

unfortunately with this app my flashlight only runs at medium brightness which is what the standard stock illumination is on my Samsung phone I wish I could access this app to turn it up bright again like I usually use it                 jeff cantley

Like previous comments when I install it the icon does not display It worked great on Android 7 Moto G 6 Play Since I now have Android 8 on Moto E5 Play I lost this great widget I ve tried uninstalling reinstalling several times but no luck Finally I GOT IT TO WORK The icon is hidden Just hold down the home screen go to widgets Then scroll down until you find this Flashlight Widget and drag it to the Home screen Hope this helps everyone                     A Google user

for a long time it worked great now after changing storage protocol on my Motorola e4 its not responding and i uninstalled it reinstalled it and same thing please fix or tell me what to do i need it back please Well the Motorola e4 gives you a choice on how to use the SD at first i used it as a external drive and i could use it in other devices but you couldn t move any apps to it so i changed the setting after backing up all my data on the SD because it was reformated                 Mntman Ranger

This widget flashlight is GREAT I have been using it for quite some time now and have not had one issue at all with it it s free has no ads lightweight easy to use dependable what more could you ask for I think everybody should use this widget flashlight and abandon all the rest and to the developer thank you for this amazing app if this widget cost 3 99 I d pay for it and you offer it for free Come on people this app is great and it s free give this developer 5 stars                     A Google user

love this its a quick lil flick just to turn the flash on and it stays on even if you need to turn the screen off it will stay on till you click it off I like to use it late at night when i need to use the bathroom it shines the room up perfect with out blinding you that said it is the heavest thing on my phone right now energy wise lol                     Leoninus Fate

I liked the app because it does what it says though it has a major draw back The app doesn t allow me to place the widget icon as a shortcut in the shortcuts app section just above the home bar button If the developer works on this option I would change the rating to 5                 Chirag M Parmar

I used this flashlight for a long time and loved it until recently and now it just disappers when I add it to my screen I ve uninstalled it repeatedly and reinstalled and still won t show when adding to home screen Thanks     Bryan Bourland

I install it it shows in the system app list as installed but no icon is shown place icon on home page is on on home page so I can t turn it on It did not ask for any permissions camera for flash access and none show in system folder I installed uninstalled 2x and cleared cell cache What am I doing wrong         Lorraine Dennis
