FirstOntario Credit Union , brings My FCU Mobile with a number of new features along with the usual bug fixes. My FCU Mobile apps has been update to version 5.0 with several major changes and improvements. Apps release that improves performance, provides several new options.

If you are Android owner,you now can download My FCU Mobile for free from Google Play. The application is designed for use in English language. It weighs in at only 10MB to download. It is highly advisable to have the latest app version installed so that you don`t miss out on the fresh new features and improvements. The current app version 5.0 has been released on 2014-03-18. The Apple Store includes a very useful feature that will check if your device and iOS version are both compatible with the app. Most iPhone and iPad are compatible. Used to use this app all the time for depositing my cheque because I don t live near a First Ontario Credit Union anymore Since my phone updated to Android 10 the google home button stays on top of the app and is exactly where the take a photo button is So I can no longer take a photo in the app There goes my last reason to stay with this Union I can t deposit my cheque and you re wonderful customer service is only open until 6 00 PM Time to move on     Luke Lefrancois
App goes from bad to worse Most banking apps now offer biometric logins The developer responded clearly they are developing this app for themselves not the people that actually use it What they consider features actually are the problems with the app There is little coordination between the app and the site Most banks and credit cards have it figured out building an online app not sure the reason for the focus on reinventing the wheel     Michael Mazur

I use first Ontario for my business banking I mostly attempt to cash clients cheques through the app on a monthly basis At which time I have to reinstall the app every month Then I have the pleasure of dealing with the worst banking app I ve ever seen I can literally feel the wasted time being sucked out of my short stay on this planet However it is marginally more efficient then waiting in line at one of their branches where the average customer age appears to be 120     chris day
It used to be great Enhanced security features MAKE IT UNUSABLE without my spreadsheet of answers and numbers Delete your enhancements and rethink what s easier for customers Of the top of my head I know maiden name etc questions Do I keep a multi digit number in my head NO And on my new devices it doesn t work away all All round suckage     H M

terrible app needs the bugs worked out app locks up my account and during after hours says ive tried more than 3 times and I haven t that wouldn t be so bad however NO support to get it unlocked after hours I am running this on a Samsung Galaxy S9 and have the lastest update of the app     Tim Keddie
App doesn t work since recent updates Half the time it won t load the log in screen Times out during transactions Usually takes 3 or more attempts to complete a bill payment or etransfer Terrible     Amy Rogers

when it actually works it s good but it s the most stupid online banking app ever its confusing doesnt work the features are dumb its just a dumb unfortunately it s a good bank but holy does accepting an online e transfer become a monthly headache for me         Jake Arsenault
