This app is awful it looks terrible it is clunky to use and it doesn t always work Humax you should be ashamed look at other apps out there and see how poor this mess of an app is     Ian Hutton

Doesn t work properly I did manage to schedule a recording using it but the display of scheduled recordings only showed it until the app crashed a few minutes later After restart it showed two apparently random scheduled recordings from the full list visible both on the machine itself and on the website which looks like being the only sensible way to set recordings     Nigel Perry

The guide display is appalling Go look at the features of the freeview guide to see how you can do better There is too much screen real estate wasted on blank space yet you only get two programmes at a time and can t read the whole title Vertical space is also wasted so you can t see many channels at once There s no feature to look at a single channel at a time or to filter for HD favourites etc     A Google user

Buggy but it does what I need The date selection is very poor why can t it be the same as in the Live TV app but you CAN use this app to program your Humax Freeview box remotely Please can you update this app I would love to give it 5 stars                 A Google user

Using a 4000 This app sort of works I found essential to use a fixed static IP address on my router Before I did that the record schedule wouldn t show Still got some bugs date drop down is scrambled and selecting something in the scheduled causes the app to stop Found all this without the aid Humax their solution to everything is a factory reset Update app has stopped showing the scheduled programs in the guide this also applies to MyHumax web site     Philip Johnston

This app gets more amateur with each new update I had to remove and reinstall to get rid of the privacy pop up which wouldn t let me get any further Attempting to change the date in the schedule causes a weird mixed up menu to appear with all the wrong dates     Tim Sharp

Basically it works OK and is really useful However I don t get the series record option The day selected is 24 hrs ahead not the next day of the week I Can t see my current schedule and the schedule on the Humax doesn t have the programme name only the time and channel             Robert Eaves

Humax box great This app is rubbish as it doesn t work despite all been set up correctly on web and on box Going to try the Live TV app instead as it seems to do the same but better Maybe this old app needs deleting from the store     Simon Edwards

No problems for me I made the relevant settings on my 4000T registered online download the app and bingo It s nothing fancy but it allows me to schedule recordings when I m away from home which is all I need it for I can only guess that people who are having problems might not have set it up correctly                     Antony Coulthard

Very disappointing experience Was dreadful to set up and has now stopped updating the guide so it s completely useless Much worse that the YouView app I used on our old Humax box which was far from perfect It seems to reflect the experience I ve had of the Humax boxes I m on my 6th nice idea poor execution dreadful support     Steve Tuck

Nice to see that humax have added support for my set top box now The app still needs some work a search facility would be good and landscape mode but seems to work okay To be honest humax have been excellent with listening to software update requests in the past from customers and loads of improvements regularly roll out             Joe J
